Jersey Mike's sandwiches almost never disappoint. However the service at this location almost ALWAYS dose disappoint. This trip was no different. Slow services, not friendly, everyone seemed annoyed with each other and the bacon. Usually lots of nice, crisp, big pieces of bacon for my blt. However today they were at the bottom of the bin. This wasn't the first time I have had the employee ask if I wanted the bacon for my BLT - hello! The B is bacon and the whole reason I ordered THIS sandwich. This evening the young girl picked several tiny broken pieces and put them on half of my sandwich then went to get 4 full pieces for the other half. Another employee saw what she was doing and grab 2 more pieces for the broken half of the sandwich-thank you, sandwich saved! On a completely different note, they always get my name wrong. It's Dawn - not hard, not difficult but always wrong unless I order on the app. Last night I was John, many days I am John, Shawn, or Don. I am very clearly not a man and if you're really not sure what I said or if you don't know how to spell it, ask.

Today is my first time visiting this location or restaurant period. Keniya and Kejuan really helped me narrow down the options because the menu made it hard to choose! They gave me personal preference and their energy when i walked into the store was very welcoming!!! 10s across the board i appreciate the service and i know my food will match the service !!!

We stopped in at this location for dinner. Our food was fresh and delicious. Our concern is, the young lady prepping our food. Employees should not let their HAIR hang and dangle over the counter, coming too close to food prep. This is totally UNSANITARY! Perhaps your manager can address the issue. Thank you.

I ordered 10 giant subs for a catering order for my work event, the store manager took my order and double checked everything with me, on the day of the order, It was ready early and everything was perfect! I have never had jersey mikes before this but I will be back!!

Im from DC area, and when Jersey Mike's came to Indy and I tried there Big Kahuna. It felt like home! Best Philly in the city! Just wish there were more locations
