Where do I start?? First of all i realize it is a shared blame here between how I ordered the sandwiches versus what was sent to me.However, I felt like I received no support from Jersey Mike’s when I called regarding my incorrect order.
To begin I ordered two hot sandwiches via GrubHub and if you know anything about ordering food to deliver. It is not cheap.
Food arrived on time. I ordered two identical hot sandwiches, when I opened the bag It was clear immediately that this was not the sandwich I ordered. This appeared to be cold.
Upon further inspection, I realized that my potato chips were not the chips that I requested either, as well as I received an additional item. I immediately contacted Jersey Mike’s and spoke to a young person who answer the phone. We compared the order and it was WAYY OFF.
My biggest problem is when I spoke to the general assistant manager, she offered nothing to me! It was almost as though I had to explain myself to her like I made the mistake!! Not even an apology she blamed everything on GrubHub and basically Shrugged me off As my ordered didn’t matter.
To add additional insult when I was consulting with GrubHub regarding the incorrect order order, I look at the sandwiches and the two “Identical”Sandwiches were even made incorrect. One sandwich looked to have all of the fixings, and the other sandwich was bare!
YOU COULDNT EVEN MAKE THE WRONG SANDWICH RIGHT?!
This is literally my first experience with Jersey Mike’s, and I can tell you, never again.

I ordered online, had to wait longer than quoted, but no big deal. Two sandwiches, nothing crazy about the order. Neither sandwich was right. One sandwich wasn’t what was ordered at all and then the toppings were switched on the sandwiches. So sandwich A got Sandwich Bs toppings. When I spend $25 on two sandwich, it really ticks me off that I don’t get what was requested. So I go on the app, submit all the information on what happened. I immediately get a response that someone will be in touch asap. That was over a week ago. That was my first time going there. Very disappointed.
Update - after a couple of weeks i was contacted by corporate. The gentleman was very nice and did provide a new meal. Once redeemed I will see how that turns out.

We had carry out. The food at Jersey Mike's is better than we have found with any sandwich shop. The sandwich you get actually looks like the pictures! Full of meat, vege, cheese, and whatever toppings you choose, you can actually taste. We no longer go anywhere else.
