I’m a picky eater and not a frequent of Jimmy John’s. I went to this location and had some questions while ordering. The man behind the counter taking my order was very sweet while helping me. And then at some point in time, a lady who was helping make sandwiches came to the register and was being so rude about some of the questions I was asking. I ended up telling the guy that I didn’t want anything at all. I walked out and went across the street to Panera Bread. Not gonna support a business if I get yelled at by one of their employees.

JJ tried to use Uber Eats to deliver my order last night and it never showed up. An employee called me and said someone from the store would bring it but it never showed up and then they closed so I couldn't ask for my money back. Tried to request it first thing this morning and was told they can't process refunds after the store opens the next day. I don't understand offering Freaky Fast delivery and then relying on a terrible delivery service like Uber Eats. FURTHERMORE, there's no way to report a missed delivery to them.

Hooray to Jimmy John’s for saving my beloved relationship. Thanks to your speedy sandwiches my healthcare wife ordered, I was able to save off the damages of my angry wife. Her anger subsided as she bit into one of your sandwiches and it saved my marriage. She was able to return to the hospital and save lives. Until the next time she skips breakfast, thank you Jimmy John’s.-my wife

Order from this Jimmy Johns all the time. Only had one mistake done. Delivery driver left my order on my neighbors porch but when I called the location the manager handle the situation fairly and had my food remade and delivered within 20 mins.

Went to this location order was everything i requested not to be on tuna, was told show receipt to get a refund showed the receipt when arrived the refused to give a refund Calab is a LIAR and rude !! Will never patronize this location again He refused to give me Corporate Info Listen everyone Dont go here there are other locations that are honorable Disgusting if i could give it a zero rating that would be to high !!

I had an issue with my full order getting delivered & some weird judgement from the driver about the directions I gave to my house.The reason for 5 stars is because I called the store & they offered 3 options for correcting the order!

I ordered jj Friday evening and waited over an hour. After calling the Rockville store three times I asked for the manager. I said my coke sure as hell is flat and I wanted the store to make it right. Instead the manager keep saying you are cursing at me. I just got home from having a valve replaced in my heart I was no way cursing only asking that he make my order right, I hung up and wished him a good evening. I spend to much money at jj to be disrespectful and treated this way.

I cannot believe the experience I just had with this restaurant. I ordered from JJ on DoorDash. When it seemed like it was taking a while, I called to make sure the order had gone through. The “manager” Ben told us the food was dropped off on our doorstep. When I looked and told him there was nothing on our doorstep, he accused me of scamming and said that he knew it was at the right address because he dropped it off himself, but that they would eat the cost and send another order out.We did receive our food the second time, delivered by Alyssa, but as we sat down to eat I got a phone call from Ben saying that we scammed them out of money and that he knew we got two orders because the same driver delivered both which, according to our first convo, was him.He stated that he is the “assistant general manager” and proceeded to threaten me with going to his upper management.A manager calling to blame a customer for his own mistake and proceeding to berate them over the phone is wild. Whoever made Ben the manager, if he is, made a grave error.
