I cannot make this up. This is what was sent to my house. A sandwich with cheese. Unbelievable. In all of my years running night clubs and restaurants, I have never seen anything like this. Whatever heroined out/cracked out/methed out moron that made this, closed the sandwich, and wrapped it up should be fired immediately. Now I expect them to screw up the order by putting the right ingredients on a different sandwich because it seems to be a common trend with these idiots but this has to take the cake as the most idiotic thing I have ever seen. Manager made it right by sending a delivery guy back out to my house but what she should have done is said “I am so sorry the person responsible needs a mental institution and I will deal with them immediately.”

When you order a sandwich only meat and cheese it’s your responsibility to double check that they rang up your order correctly even though they read your order back to you. Doesn’t sound right to me.

Okay, so I usually never have a complaint about this JJ even on the days it does take longer than normal to get my order. However, TODAY was the fastest order I’ve received from there. I placed my order at 4:38 and in less than 2 minutes it was out the door and made it to my work by 4:47. Freaky Fast. Freaky FRESH. Hell yeah. ?

Good store, reliable sandwich quality every time. Will continue to buy sandwiches here. Only critique would be to do a better job of putting online orders on the pick up shelf. Too often I sit in the store for 10-20min waiting for my food only to find out it was sitting behind the counter all that time.
Maybe 2 times a week. I can't stop eating. Gimme that whole jar of Jimmy peppers.
