I absolutely love the Beach Club but will not be ordering from the Avon location ever again. I pay with a tip online, but when the delivery drivers arrive they always try to pressure you into giving them an another tip. I have had this experience with a female delivery person a couple time, and now the male that came in today was completely rude to my co-worker when she would not sign an additional tip for him off of my card. I understand life is hard, but when you already received a tip prior to the delivery, do not pressure for an additional tip. Very unprofessional.

Just bought 2 Club LuLu’s at the Avon, IN location. With sooo many food choices in and around the Indy area, it’s a good option for a quick sandwich on a Saturday afternoon, or so it use to be. I haven’t had JJ in a while - the sandwich barely had any thing in it, mostly bread, and one of the subs had hard bread, like the day old bread. And of course the prices are up from the last time we’ve ordered. Probably won’t be spending our money there again. So many other choices around. Do better.

The service here is just awful. They treat you terrible when you ask them questions. They have no idea what they're doing and the service takes so long. You stand there waiting for your food and they just ignore you. But it is clean. They got that going. The soda coming out of the soda machine he is weak. Even the manager is clueless. Good luck with this place. They just don't know how to treat their customers. My sandwich was just average blah
I cannot make this up. This is what was sent to my house. A sandwich with cheese. Unbelievable. In all of my years running night clubs and restaurants, I have never seen anything like this. Whatever heroined out/cracked out/methed out moron that made this, closed the sandwich, and wrapped it up should be fired immediately. Now I expect them to screw up the order by putting the right ingredients on a different sandwich because it seems to be a common trend with these idiots but this has to take the cake as the most idiotic thing I have ever seen. Manager made it right by sending a delivery guy back out to my house but what she should have done is said “I am so sorry the person responsible needs a mental institution and I will deal with them immediately.”
