the local go to!! nothing but good vibes and great service! Kelly and Jillian have mine and my boyfriend’s orders memorized and always make their way over to say hi even on busy nights. Security greets you with a smile and definitely brings a sense of safety to the scene. Every place has its downsides but i honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to kick it with my friends on the weekend!

This is our first time here since the bar fired the best server that ever worked here, Kate. It’s not the same. Bri, Serena, and Kelly are all still great but it’s not even close to the same service without Kate. You guys fired the best server ever. No one had customer service like Kate. Imagine ordering from a server that cares about the customers and talks to you. Specifically there’s also a rly mean blonde bartender who I’d rather never order from. Kate you were the best, nicest server ever this place is not the same anymore.

Would not recommend if you want to play music on their TouchTunes. My husband and I only get date nights about once a month. We usually drive the 40 min to Avon to play pool because we enjoy the atmosphere. But tonight after the football game once music was finally turned back on we played a few songs. Well the bartender apparently didn't want to hear what we had paid for so she kept skipping every song we played. I've been in the industry for 20 years and I can't understand why a bartender would skip song after song, especially since there were only 10 people in the whole bar. She would have gotten a tip too but since our money was waisted on the music we didn't get to listen to I decided to just skip her tip also. Edited to add: i do understand how touchtunes work, like I said been in the industry a very long time. We prioritize 1 song because she had skipped our 1st song Twisted transistor. She then skipped a song we didnt play. Then skipped 3 lonely island songs in a row. We had 11 songs in que, had already played 7 games of pool and had some snacks. Also she had my name for the tab. If she would have looked at the name of who played the songs it was very obvious because it was my name. I will not delete this because you want to bully me into it. I don't review places often as you can tell. Let thus just be a lesson on good customer service versus bad.

Me and my wife can only get out about once a month. We drive the 40 minutes drive for this bar normally. We typically like to come here for the pool tables and easy going atmosphere. But tonight the bartender was skipping like 3/4 of our songs because she didn't like them. Won't be coming back Adding to this cause. Twisted transistor 3 lonely island songs in a row. So not unfounded.

AUSTIN- highly unprofessional.. Very creepy dude. -10/10 do not recommend even talking to him if you are a woman. Scary. He is also unfair to customers based on if he personally likes them or not. Do not work a job in customer service if you cannot handle working with/for ANY & ALL customers!! Do not want to come back here.

Was treated unfairly by an employee Austin who admitted it was because I was friends with a girl he couldn’t hookup with then apparently tried to assault me as I walked out of the bar. Wasn’t kicked out, walked out on my own free will and still nearly assaulted by a BARBACK not security
