I had an issue with my order tonight and have been on hold trying to talk with someone for over half an hour. They don't answer their phones, they messed up my order, and I'd comment on their service, but there was no one on the line when I picked up my order from the kiosk. The correct parts of my order were fine, so I'd give 2/5 stars

Normally I only do reviews on places with good service and friendly staff. Im making an exception because i believe rhe owner deserves it. I went in with a smile, to order 2 large pizzas. The employee that waited on me did not understand what I was trying to order. I do nof speak spanish was having a hard time to explain hand tossed regulaf crust. He said thin i said no im sorry i explained it again. From the moment j entered there was no smile od greeting. My reqyest and explanations only seemed to anoy him. Tbere was no fruendliness at all there was only an attitude and it wasnt mine. I would not come in here again, because of it.i dont think ive came across such a poor attitude before.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Never do I go out of my way to leave a review like this! In all my life have I ever been to such an unprofessional place. I placed an order for my grandmother to go pick up 2 pizzas so me her and my children could have lunch. Repeatedly kept getting our order name wrong after reinstating it several times. Placed an order for a large cheese pizza and a large half supreme/ pepperoni and when my grandmother got back we had two cheese pizzas. Tried to call back to get the second pizza replaced and still kept giving us the wrong name and then gaslit us by saying we didn’t order the second pizza making us pay the full price for the pizza with the extra stuff saying that we were lying when I made sure to repeat the order back before placing making sure they had the pizzas we wanted. As a former fast food worker with management experience it is very disappointing to see a place not even take responsibility for a mistake and try to turn it around on to the customer. Safe to say we will never order from them again and don’t know how they continue to do business operating in such an unprofessional manner.

Went for just a cheese pizza and they handed me a box and the pizza was dry and stale looking. Ask them to remake it. They gave me another cheese pizza, I took it home, it had an over load of sauce and the cheese did not cover the pizza. When you complain there’s no leadership never. I like the location but I’ll drive elsewhere!

The pizza wasn’t sliced all the way, pizza is very salty service is okay atmosphere is tight hot and cramped feeling getts hot real quick but i just need my pizza sliced this my 5th time that this has happened at this same location. Just slice it!

Order a special and one pizza was supposed to be a pretzel crust yet it looks like regular crust. The quality of their food has gone down TREMENDOUSLY!!!! My last two orders have been horrible and I won't be back!!! I'll go over to Plainfield because it's way better!!! Pictures posted now tell me if you see a pretzel crust? Then look at how small the pizza puffs are, just ridiculous, smh. Don't bother contacting corporate because they NEVER RESPOND BACK!!!!!!
I'm not sure why i was even able to order from this place if they are closed. And don't sat it uber eats or it's doordash. That they are the ones who have to fix it. Ummm no the restaurant/store has to be the one to call them to let them know to fix it.

This location has horrible management and staff. They'll let the phone ring all day long without picking up, they don't take 100s because apparently no one is trained how to identify real bills. They'll also mess up the easiest possible order because their all underage dirty teenagers. This location is filthy and I hate that this is the only Avon location. Would never recommend.
