I used the pizza portal for the first time. I like how easy it is with the code. I also wanted to take home an additional cheese pizza. Love it hot and ready. I used the T-Mobile Tuesday day special for $3.00 pizza and sticks. Huge Score!!! They staff was super friendly and had everything ready. It is always a pleasure not cooking dinner.

I went to pick up my pizza on Sunday, December 28 and the manager. Pablo was very rude to barely spoke English, but was very rude and snapping his fingers at customers and his employee’s. Pablo, the manager has no professionalism doesn’t know how to handle himself as a manager, and when I asked to speak with somebody above him, he said that he was the boss.

The Walmart of pizzas. Nothing special here, same recipes all across. Sometimes the pizza is soft, most times it's thin and hard. Chicken isn't real chicken, all rubbery like a 3d printer figured how to turn a rubber duck bath toy into a piece of meat.

This locations has really gone downhill. All I wanted was a pepperoni pizza after worked. The guy at the front was on his phone talking to some not paying attention and thr pizza is mostly sauce with a little bit of cheese. Pathetic really.
We placed an order for a custom two topping pizza, and when we got home we saw it was just a cheese pizza. I called the store to get help but no one answered after quite some time. My husband drove back hoping to correct our order, but the cashier said it was our fault the order was wrong and that she would not help. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or volunteer to place a new order so that we got what we wanted. The sticker even read 'custom round', which we pointed out. We won't be returning to this location - not even wanting to help us is inexcusable.

Asked for half sausage half pepperoni and was overcharged $5. The front service guy didn’t know how to work the system and called for a guy working in the back who also said it couldn’t be done without paying $15 total. I went online and you can totally do it for $10 under custom stuffed crust. This faculty needs a manager onsite to better train their staff. Here’s a picture of how the workers spend their time on their phone.

I had an issue with my order tonight and have been on hold trying to talk with someone for over half an hour. They don't answer their phones, they messed up my order, and I'd comment on their service, but there was no one on the line when I picked up my order from the kiosk. The correct parts of my order were fine, so I'd give 2/5 stars
