Order a special and one pizza was supposed to be a pretzel crust yet it looks like regular crust. The quality of their food has gone down TREMENDOUSLY!!!! My last two orders have been horrible and I won't be back!!! I'll go over to Plainfield because it's way better!!! Pictures posted now tell me if you see a pretzel crust? Then look at how small the pizza puffs are, just ridiculous, smh. Don't bother contacting corporate because they NEVER RESPOND BACK!!!!!!
I'm not sure why i was even able to order from this place if they are closed. And don't sat it uber eats or it's doordash. That they are the ones who have to fix it. Ummm no the restaurant/store has to be the one to call them to let them know to fix it.
Best thing on the menu is the Detroit style deep dish, Italian sausage, bacon, and light jalapeños and extra cheese!
I can count the pieces of cheese on this pizza with my hands.
This location has horrible management and staff. They'll let the phone ring all day long without picking up, they don't take 100s because apparently no one is trained how to identify real bills. They'll also mess up the easiest possible order because their all underage dirty teenagers. This location is filthy and I hate that this is the only Avon location. Would never recommend.
Every time I try to order online it says they are not accepting orders during business hours and when I call they never answer. It’s been like that for years. Is this place even open?
Pretty fast, slices and sticks is the best!
Average Little Caesars that’s poorly ran. Whoever owns this one just doesn’t care, it’s a numbers game for them. The staff can hardly communicate with customers, and they do not abide by the hot and ready hours. Don’t get your hopes up for quick service. Cheap was the only reason to go here, and prices keep going up, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Asked for a classic cheese, pepperoni, and sausage and was charged 25 dollars. Checked the receipt and found it was charged for a classic pepperoni and an extra most bestest cheese and sausage. Brought it up to the cashier and was told they don't offer the classic cheese or sausage anymore. The cheese and pepperoni were as advertised, but the sausage looked like a classic sausage. Not sure what happened there, but no mention was made of this during purchase. Check your receipts.

I had to wait 20 minutes because of the cashier who didn't explain to me that I had to wait so long because if I had known I wouldn't place the order. And what stops in the cell playing how they allow that in service.

I won a free crazy puff and it said it expired Oct 10th at 12 am ...they told me it was expired...why would they not just say it expired on Oct 9th at midnight? Bad marketing. Also they never have anything ready when you walk in.
You close at 9pm, quit taking orders at 8:40pm. You mean you really close at 8:40 so employees can walk out the door at 9:00. You're losing business, seen people, including me, walk out. Went next door to the China Bistro, they served me and close at 9:00....Hmmmm it's about customer service, right?
The pizza is horrendous but the staff is worse. I ordered a classing pepperoni and half the pizza doesn't have chese on it and it's bubbled up. I call and tell them they want me to drive 30 minutes back and the lady on the phone is rude the entire time. The one on 38th street is so much better.
