I ordered the French onion soup, l told the waitress l did not want the parmesan bread crumbles on top but l did want the bread in the soup, when it came out there was no bread period and barely warm I sent it back. They put the bread on top of the cheese and put more cheese on top put it back in the oven and it came back out breadcwas sticking up out of the bowl burnt l ended up with a big, big glob of cheese very little soup. It was disgusting. I took a picture but it doesn't give me an option to post a picture

If I could give less than one star for the steak I received tonight I would. I took my mother here for the first time tonight and she ordered the 12 ounce ribeye. It was extremely thin and definitely NOT 12 ounces. I saw the woman next to us order a ribeye that was double the size of my moms. I asked the waitress if they were normally thin and she said they were but everyone else's looked decent and thicker. It was a busy night but this no excuse. My mother was disappointment and did she would never be back. Her steak was over well don'e and burnt. Definitely a waste of money.

One of my Fave places when I want a quick good bite and a drink. Staff and food is great! We went in for dinner and the place was packed waitress was overworked and rude. The food came out and was over cooked and cold. The manger, Missy asked if everything was ok and I told her what we were experiencing. She remaid the food and apologized and explained why they were so swamped all of a sudden. She was wonderful and made it right with us. I told her that I would do a review and not hold it against her. Things happen, it's how you respond that matters and she was wonderful!

Had to just walk out. Host was busy wiping tables, but came as quick as he could. When we were seated, no waiter came by for awhile. We had decided what we wanted, which takes us a bit, and still no service. Second Longhorn restaurant that we have left without ordering and very dissatisfied with the service. Seems customers are not really as important as before. Upon leaving, the manager and two hosteses were just hanging out at the front.
