The food was very bland, beans & rice were old. The spicy salsa they give you was trash bland tasted like onions. My stomach started hurting. The cashier and the manager were too busy taking shots to cash us out. I needed to go home. from how my stomach was feeling. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Best margaritas in the town of Avon even in the state I love this place of the staff is always friendly attentive, and the unlimited chips and salsa are the best especially when you’re drinking it down with some margarita on the rocks. Love the portions and I never leave hungry!!!

Pollo Special is currently my favorite dish here. The chief makes a creamy sauce that can only be found at the Avon 10th and Avon Avenue location. We have known Julio for several years and we always enjoy dining here. For those who don't like Jalapeños, I suggest ordering the Thresa Special with cheese sauce. It is not spicy at all, but very good.

We eat a lot of Mexican and Los Rancheros has become our favorite. They have dishes we don't find elsewhere (eg dishes with nopalas) and they are not afraid to serve well seasoned and spicy food.

I tried all of the tacos. Everything was fresh. The taste was really good. The gentleman who helped me with my to go order was very helpful and hospitable. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. I recommend Los Rancheros.
My family and I have been eating at this restaurant at least once a week for the last 3 years. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Avon. Great service and food!

Food very good, service a bit slow, but it was busy. From what we had, I would say Los Rancheros is more authentic than the typical "Mexican" fare I've had so far in the Indianapolis area. My wife had the Mojarra Frita (fried whole Talapia), her go-to at Mexican places, and enjoyed it. I can't recall the name of the steak platter I had, and it's not listed on their on-line menu. It was a skirt steak covered in spicy beans. It was very good as well, and very spicy indeed. Both dishes came with Mexican rice, the fish had Avocado slices, and the steak had very small servings of Pico de Gallo and Guacamole which were more of a garnish than anything. Will definitely be returning.

Do not try to order online from here. When I arrived to pick up my order, they said that online ordering doesn’t work. They then put my order in. I sat there for over 30 minutes and when I asked the hostess where my order was, she said she was too busy to check. My credit card was charged for the order, so now I have to put in a request to get that removed. What a fiasco
