The pizza was good, it was done in 30 minutes as promised, and the staff was friendly. It gets a 4 only because I think Giodornos is better.

Good but a little pricey.

Was ok, didn't meet the hype. Will have to try again but the pizza didn't meet my expectations for the Chicago style, which I love!

I spent $83.00 for a pizza, 2 salads, lasagna,pasta something, n tiramsu. The only thing good was the salad. Don't waste your money. Tiramsu is not homemade

The food quality at this Avon location has always been good for us, but today I feel compelled to leave a review after the manager (Manny) far exceeded my expectations.

In short, my son has a peanut allergy, which we briefly noted for consideration in the comments when ordering online. Upon visiting the store for pickup, Manny came out to personally discuss with great transparency the potential sources of contamination/risk.

Not only did Manny offer order adjustments to ensure we had edible food for what we paid, but he clearly prepared for the discussion and went out of his way to ensure my family's safety -- I can't adequately express my appreciation for someone going this far.

If you want great pizza (and more) and value the quality of service/support behind the counter, this is the place for you.

This has to be a joke, right?

$18+ for “personal” pizza via UberEats delivery with a tip on top ($25+) and this pizza is MAYBE 5-6” wide at best.

I figured maybe it’d make up for how insanely priced it was by being decent to eat, but no. The crust tastes like flimsy cardboard cooked in old grease and the rest isn’t much better.

Absolute overpriced trash. Never, ever again.

I met this pizzeria in Chicago, I really liked it, it was a very nice place to eat, but this is different, it's a place where you can't eat but since I'm not from here I prefer to eat at home rather than stop eating them, they are very good and the The service is very good, as it is cold season the pizza arrived a little cold at the hotel but it doesn't matter I still enjoyed it a lot. They are a little expensive but they are good, maybe if they were a little cheaper they would be more popular.

lou malnatis is the Best pizza lv ever had.. lm not a deep-dish pizza fan, but l love lous !the sausage with butter crust is yummy.. also the pepperoni, and we recently tried "the lou" which is all veggie..all are stellar and l was relieved they make it the right way here in indy (well, avon) every time the pizza comes out perfect, and l do not say that very often abt anything!yes you will pay a little more but not much considering "biden-omics" has increased everything.. even taco bell is $4O-$5O when it used to be $2O.. lous has always been around d $3O per pie, but et the large (butter crust!) they are large and you get alot..if you live a good pizza, you can't go wrong with lou malnatis.. yes even in indiana..5 stars easy.?????

I’m from the Chicago suburbs and I can tell you this restaurant is representative of how Chicago style pizza should be. If you never have had it get uncut well done. Experiment. The Lou well done is life.This specific location has staff that really goes out of the way to make sure you’re happy with your order and the current stars is uncalled for. Great service great deep dish. Feed the Fam and enjoy. Just be specific on what you like and they will get you to the finish line !

I’ve been getting their pizza since they opened at this location and love it. I ordered last night and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! I get the Chicago classic and add pepperoni fyi.

Forewarned, this location is for takeout and delivery only. There is no dining here. That said, you can never go wrong with Lou Malnati‘s pizza, and if you don’t have the time to wait for a custom order, you can simply pick up the ready to bake pizzas from the freezer.

First time trying them. Ordered from their website. It was very user-friendly. The food was delivered fairly quick and it was still hot. I thought the pizza was kinda bland and needed more seasoning but my wife enjoyed it. So all in all it was good.
