I don’t know what has happened the last couple of years but this location is being poorly managed. This is coming from someone who went to HU. When I go (no matter at 9am or 4pm) there’s one person working the speaker. People are sitting in drive thru far too long even before being greeted. I was even there when a physical fight broke out between a manager and customer in drive thru. It will be a while before I return and give this location another chance.

This McDonald’s has tried to scam me twice. Along with a few other locations around this area. I ordered a large meal in which I appreciate the large drink it comes with. However, twice now they have tried to give me mediums. The young lady working the window tried to tell me I paid for a medium but on my receipt I did not and not sure why they would have given me a large fry also. Terrible service, the fact it’s happened to me at other locations makes me feel like I can’t be the only one and this is a decision being made from the top down. McDonald’s has lost my business indefinitely

It was so dirty. The customers were cleaning their own tables. The women’s bathroom was so dirty women were spreading toilet paper on toilet seat so they could sit down

Did drive thur. Wait was a little long but ok. Lady at the window was spectacular. She has waited on us several times, and always been great, can't say enough good about her!

I didn't receive part of my order. I called them right away to let them know I didn't receive the order or a receipt. I finally got a hold of a man for the next day they would honor and we give the food that I was owed. The owner happened to be there and said he would not give the food without a receipt. I was never given a receipt that's why I told him I called. You refuse to give me my two fish fillet. I said are you willing to lose a customer that comes in at least four times a week for two fish filet. He said yes. This place is a joke. My order is always messed up. They're always rushing you through before you get a chance to try to check it. I suggest going to another McDonald's. The owner was very rude and do not care if I was happy or not. I'm going to be spreading my experience over social media

McDonald’s did not need to raise their prices nearly as much as they did. Their net profit in 2023 was $8.47 billion. I will never be back.
