I had been given the wrong pop in the drive thru. Showed my receipt and the girl just grabbed the large. Turns out it wasn't the correct flavor. She seemed upset when I went back through. I was calm and thanked her. This is how we learn at our first job. No biggie.... Details

i sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes because someone was distracted and no one pulled them up. i work in food service, i know that should not happen. i ordered online and they gave me the wrong fry size and have gotten most of my orders wrong in the past. the people on drive thru are usually really rude too. i understand that its busy but that doesn't constitute talking to everyone like you wish they were dead. the whole thing is completely unorganized which doesn't make sense because the same people are working every time im there—they should be more efficient.

I ordered a large Diet Coke in drive thru. 20 minutes later I pulled up to pay and they kept insisting I ordered two orange sodas with something else. I just drove off after that. 20 minutes of waiting in the heat only for rude cashiers and managers to get my order wrong. How hard is it to get a Diet Coke order right?

Placed a mobile app pickup order, went into the restaurant when it said it was ready. It wasn’t at the pickup counter so I stood there for 10 minutes acknowledged. Two people placed orders and got them, so I asked the young lady at the register if mine was ready yet. She literally did not speak a word to me, just turned around and glanced at the back area and then ignored me again. After almost 10 more minutes I was able to flag down a worker in the back area and they tossed me my cold order that had been sitting in the back without a word.

I literally never write negative reviews, but this was the worst experience I think I’ve had at a restaurant.

Placed an order at 5, got to the drive thru at 505 and at 520 they had yet to talk to a single customer. Insanely disappointed. They're open and employees are messing around when they should've been open almost 20 minutes ago!

Flag not at half staff. Either management too lazy to do it or making a political statement. Either way won’t be back. The president ordered flags at half staff until 9/14/2025 at sunset.fly the flag right or dont fly it.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I visited the Avon, Indiana (US Highway 36) on 08/30/25 at approximately 10:54 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience.

I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited at the speaker for several minutes without any acknowledgement. It became clear that no one had their headsets on, so I drove up to the pick-up window. At that point, a young man began waving his hands and told me they were closed. When I pointed out that your posted hours state 11:00 p.m., he called another employee over to handle the situation.

A woman, who identified herself as “Stephanie” (though she hesitated when giving her name, so I am not certain it was accurate), told me again that the store was closed. I explained that the hours clearly state 11:00 p.m. and also mentioned that I had just seen someone order ahead of me. She insisted that no one ordered before me and stated that they had closed early because they were short-staffed and, in her exact words, “low key we ran out of food.”

This entire interaction was extremely unprofessional. Closing before the stated hours, refusing service to customers still within business hours, and offering that type of explanation does not reflect well on your company. Customers rely on the posted hours, and the lack of acknowledgment or courtesy in this situation was unacceptable.

I wanted to make sure this issue is brought to your attention, as I am confident that with the time and date provided, you will be able to determine which employees were involved.

Took the kids here as a treat. What a boring place to eat with kids. Tables were dirty and you had to use the kiosk to order. Staff was busy with orders, no communication with them at all.
McDonald's was once a fun place to take the kids. Not anymore

Why do I come at 10: 40 p.m. into the drive-through and they tell me only mobile orders in DoorDash only how does that make any sense? Y’all are just turning down money for no reason, but you literally have employees just sitting there on your phones in the window one and two.
