Extremely busy. Lots of staff confusion. We were an dine in order but they put our order in a bag. It sat so long the fries were cold. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and got one plus a regular cheeseburger. They forgot my coffee.
We drove over 10 miles for the Playplace. It was worth it! The kids had a great time playing. The food & service was very good. This restaurant is located in front of a Kroger store. We'll be back!

Usually solid service. The food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s. My biggest complaint is when the drive through employee ask you to go park at the numbered sign so they can bring the food out to you later. I get it’s busy but it frustrates me.

“That is full.” Given Fries with about a third empty, clearly see from the top. Got told it’s full. Asked to get filled, came back and it’s the same just had folded in the container so looked like more than there was. Soda was flat.

I love that they have a play center for kids. The food is always hot and fresh. The app deals are amazing and I love earning points to get free food.
I normally order from this McDonald's, it usually goes well but today the girl at the Drive through messed up my order, removed multiple things than charged me $12 for two items Than proceeded to tell me I couldn't order a drink that she had removed that shouldn't have been.

It’s been over 3 years since I’ve eaten any food at McDonald’s. I definitely won’t do it again. I’m not sure I would even classify the cheeseburger as food. I would give zero stars if I could.
