Ordered 2/9 and I'm sorry this McDonald's is going down the drain. Food was extremely cold and once again my order was wrong. I used to give this location 5 stars because they were always spot on but now it's getting worse and worse. Food is always cold now. Won't be going back!!!

The fries were soggy. I go to McD's for the fries. They have really fallen down on the fry game at most locations anymore. Big Mac was fine.

Its McDonalds. The bar is already low. A 30 minute wait for my food and counting. I ordered the food on the app prior to arriving. I have watched 6 other people pull into .obile order spots and leave, since i got here. I get that they don't have any incentive to give good service, but this is an embarrassing look for them.

10:24 am and play place not opened. Hours are 9am to 7pm. Asked at counter and employee said it opened at 10am, still did not unlock door ... still waiting........
To whomever is the franchise owner of this location; They need to get better management here. It was 11am, start of lunch option menu & they were handing out cold fries... I didn't bother to speak up because conversation lingo in kitchen seemed like a lot was going on... This little spot is always busy, If they had the right personnel it would be #1 in Central Indiana. Take the challenge, make it happen, and go from hanging out to the go to spot.

Food warm and fresh, service was extremely slow. We had ordered mobile curbside after waiting 10 mins in the spot after the app updated and said food was on the way i finally had to walk in and ask for my order

Normally dont complain but my coke tasted soapy and my fries were basically an inch and a half under filled (edit: taking away a star because all my sauces are missing from the bag)
