You can always depend on Monica's for fresh food. The salad I'd cut fine like I like and their red dressing is perfect for me. The staff are friendly and very attentive. I was with a group and everything was served quickly and to our exact order. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back.

Great service. The food was just ok. I had a ham & cheese sandwich. I got the large for $15.99. It was really disappointing in portion size. The taste was ok. Basically, it seemed like pizza toppings on bread with melted cheese. I've gotten bigger sandwiches elsewhere for less. The chips were just a small bag of Lay's. Really good service though.

First of all, I have to say we really enjoy Monicals pizza. It's very tasty. My complaint is the price is high for such thin crest. My 15 year-old daughter and I can almost eat a whole large pizza for dinner. The crust is almost paper thin. So it takes a lot to fill you up. We get a large pizza with pepperoni all over and add half chicken to one side. They probably have the best chicken pizza in Avon., IN. I called in my order, so it is always ready to be picked up as soon as I walk in This place is not very fancy booth, seating, and a few tables. Nothing fancy at all but it's a great place to meet friends and catch up. The pizza rolls are to die for! And they are very filling!

This former Avon-ite turned NYer was pleasantly surprised by my thin crust pizza. The sauce and toppings were pretty good! Mine had mushrooms, black olives and sausage. The sausage is the broken up kind not the sliced kind. It was good, not the kibbles kind like the pizza chain with the D in name . The thin crust took me by surprise because it was actually crisp. And thin. I can't tell if it is fresh and hand thrown because I didn't see them prepare it although the kitchen was open at the counter which I like because they work right in front of you. So if the dough came the fridge I don't care this time. It was just good enough to overlook that. BTW, the place is clean and the help is well trained. That comes from good ownership and management. I like it! With all the amazing pizzerias in my town in NY I would return here if it was in my area.
Pizza was delicious. Prices were excellent and the atmosphere was great.Server was polite and helpful.Definitely will revisit.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve had in years from any establishment. Made us wait 40 mins for a table. Sat at a table for 25 mins. Was never helped one time. Approached by a single team member. While we continued to watch multiple tables get sat immediately and helped right away. When we tried to be polite and ask if we could some help. We sat unattended for another 10 mins. We wasted over an hour here, and never even got welcomed once.
