Not to discredit any of the other employees, but "Ed" was by far one of the greatest servers we've ever had anywhere! We dine out regularly, and we just felt like Ed went above and beyond "typical," and definitely deserves the recognition for it. He recommended his favorites from both the 'apps' and 'desert' menus, brought our attention to drink specials that helped us save some money, checked on us for refills throughout the meal, brought out some fresh rolls for our granddaughter, just attentive as could be. Food was excellent, haven't had this much of an enjoyable dining experience in years!

Food was awful. We both ordered the seafood combo. When we received our food there was no shrimp and then found out they where out and added more cod. They totally took care of the mistake by comping 50% of the bill. So I'm extremely happy with the service, it's just the food was terrible it had no seasoning and the "buttermilk" breading tasted like oil and grease. Probably wont return for a very long time.

Our waitress was pleasant, but she was not well prepared. One of the dishes Louisiana Cajun pastaIt out of the kitchen without the chicken breast. After we had finished our meal she asked if everything was ok. .y husband told her about the missing chicken. Instead offering a discount on our bill she said " I'll go get it"" she brought a plate with sliced chicken breast on a plate with nothing else. We asked for a to go box and took it with us. It seemed like a strange thing to do.

Worst dining experience I have had in a decade. Stay away. Slow service witness never even really took ownership. It took us 2 hrs to get our food and the restaurant was only 1/3

If I could put 0 stars I would. Food literally made us physically sick. Potato soup tasted watered down. Ordered house salad with Ranch and even The Ranch tasted watered down. Will never order food from the Avon location again. I'm was born in Downtown Indianapolis, when I say that Indianapolis location is better, is saying a whole lot. You'd be better off ordering from McDonald's.

I took my family out for mother's day and it was one of the worst dinning experiences I've ever had!!! They were out of most everything you wanted to order from the menu, I understand being short of help but the restaurant was filthy!!! Every table that had been used was sitting there with dirty dishes and food from the last customers. It doesn't take long to bus a table, it was horrible!! One thing they did have was the hot ? rolls!!

Started with the hostesses forgetting we were there even though we were sitting right in front of them. Once we were seated, the waitress informed us that they were out of nearly all the appetizers including the ones we wanted. Took about a half hour to get the appetizers and then the main courses took at least another half hour. When they arrived, we were informed that one of our sides was no longer available and we had to change our order. Two of the entrees were completely the wrong item and the other two were incorrectly cooked. When the entrees were corrected they still came out wrong another time and we had to go another round. The manager came out, to his credit, he made sure everything was correct at that point, but he did not apologize for the mistakes and said that since everything was fine now, there would be no discount. (Even though we didn't even ask for a discount). Not to mention the fact that the manager was only wearing a white v-neck undershirt. Very unprofessional. We will not be returning.Almost forgot, they weren't bussing tables so everything was just being left with new customers being seated at different tables. The whole restaurant was a mess with trash all over the floor.

Worst O'Charley's I've ever visited. Not busy (around 3pm Thursday). No host, no bartender, took 25 minutes to get order (again,not busy) apparently 1 server while 2 or more sat. When order finally arrived, steak was over cooked....etc. if in the area, i would suggest going elsewhere

They appeared to be under-staffed as no one was manning the takeout counter and we had to wait several minutes to be assisted.The food was still decent after the drive home. The salad and chicken tender sliders were quite good.

The place was filthy. Numerous tables dirty, ours was dirty, asked for a clean towel to wipe it off so they moved us to another table. The floor and surrounding tables were so filthy, it made for a bad lunch. We wondered why when we pulled up at lunch time and all the restaurants all around was busy and they were not, when we walked in a younger couple had been waiting to be seated, hardly anyone there, tons of availability, no one ever came to seat us, finally we asked someone if we could eat ? a nice young man who was a server got us seated. But unfortunately not impressed, they need a lot of good management here, staffing issues also. It's like who ever is in charge here just gave up.

Haven't been there in years and it was just as good as I remembered it. Our waiter was amazing and had such an awesome personality. We will definitely be going back.

O'Charley's is good. The food came fresh but overcooked. We ordered steaks medium and medium/well but got very well done steaks instead. It's not spotless but fairly clean. Solid 6/10

The O'Charley's in Avon is awesome they had a hallway full of people and still got us in there in less than 10 minutes. I also noticed at the door that they had a party of 16. They got them in also, and none of us had a long wait for our meals. The food is always fresh and delicious!

Well they advertise Rock Hard Ribs and they are telling the truth! They were dry, hard, even the sauce was dries on. And they were not burned! Like was not fresh at all! Took two bits and was done. The Mac and Cheese was like it was from a couple of days before cause No cheese sauce and Dry! Barely warm. Rolls was good. The potato soup was okay. Waitress was slow getting refills on drink said was wait on clean glasses. Don’t know how that happened, we arrived at 4:00 pm May be only have 20 tables with 4 waitresses on the floor. Not enough people to justify no clean glasses.Unless they only had 20 glasses in stock! I would like to know WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE!! we were a party of 4 at the table. Too much money spent for a dinner!
