Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I just got back from a deployment and today on Veterans Day I took my girlfriend to this restaurant I was to propose to her but turn out to be an embarrassment moment when the waitress asked for my id which they supposed to do and I provided my military id,I didn’t know they were offering free meals for veterans anyway another waiter come to my table and asks for my state id I gave him and looked at it, like it was fake telling me that if I was a veteran they were to buy me free food “sir I don’t care free for free food but at least treat me with respect not because I’m a veteran but because I’m just like every other customer asking to see my state id and scrutinizing it like it’s fake or I’m lying about something 🤷🏿‍♂️”anyway I ended up not proposing to my girlfriend and I also paid for my food and tipped 🙂

It's been a while since I was at an Olive Garden. The food was good, the service was outstanding thanks to Maikayla, and the atmosphere was what it was.

Back for a limited time! Brazed beef cheese tortellini. O my God it is the best. I used to have it when it was a regular menu item. Now its back hopefully that limited time is my lifetime! This dish is one of the best ( in my opinion) thank you for bringing it back!

The three hostesses at the front were rude. They were horrible. Not friendly at all. As we walked in they did not like the fact that we walked in and interrupted their conversation.
The waitress was very friendly.
The food has changed. The soup was watered down. The salad was wilted. The waitress gave us friendly prompt service.
The food was not good like it used to be.
The worst experience were the hostesses at the front.
Not friendly at all.
We will never return.

Danielle was a great person to have as our server. We wanted Bently but he was in the bar and the table they sat us at by the window was freezing. We moved to Danielle's section. She was charming, kind and on it. We will always be Bently loyal however, Danielle was great. An amazing night!

Our waitress, Money, was excellent and made sure we were completely satisfied with our meal. The food was some of the best we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. This location continues to be my go-to spot for celebrating my birthdays!

Had to get a manager involved in providing any service after about 10 minutes of waiting after we were seated. Waiters and waitresses passed by several times without any acknowledgement. Food was great and the service certainly picked up satisfactorily after management intervention.
