Great service and a great place to bring the family!

Great service at this restaurant. The manager was visible at all times and came around to ask about our experience great overall

My family brought me to your restaurant in Avon Indiana for my birthday (13 of us 4 being children) we got there 1 hour ahead of time to put our name in. 1 1/2 hours later was told it would be at least another 1/2 hour. What a horrible disappointment. 2 parties of 9 had been seated within that time

We dined in. We were charged for an extra soda and didn't notice until after we paid the bill. And we took a to-go order and asked for the meat sauce on the side and they put the meat sauce on it and on the side. And charged us for it.

The food was good the service was great. We were seated in a party room with 3 large parties. We could not talk to one another and could barely hear the waitress it was so loud. Please in the future please ask if the customer minds sitting on the loud area. We could’ve asked to be moved but didn’t want to be a Karen.

Another banger of experience today at 11am in the bar with Lexie. Amazing service, delicious food, all around great job!

I had such an amazing birthday experience there the only thing it seems. They change their dressing on their salads so other than that, everything was amazing!

Dietary restrictions: All I know is they have a lot of different items on their menu as they didn’t have before I would check it out!

Parking: There’s tons of parking! No worries there

Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely kid friendly because they have a dining area!

I ordered online with a pickup time being 6pm I got there a little early and I knew I'd have to wait and I didn't have an issue after all I'm the one who scheduled it for 6 so I get there and call just to let them know I was there and where I was parked when they answered the phone finally after calling 2xs they were rude then wanted to ask why i didn't check in online or via text well because they didn't send me anything to do so like they said they would. The gentleman who brought my order out to me though was very nice and my order came out at 6pm like scheduled only to get home though and discover they sorted me bread sticks wasn't very pleased about that considering it's about a 30 minute drive one way so I wasn't going back everything else was fine I can't say for sure though that I'll go back just because the food overall is just mediocre definitely not as good as I remember it being it had been probably 10 years since I had eaten there and it may be another 10
