Yesterday, we catered our graduation party from the Panda Express location in Avon and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Food tasted excellent and was a very large order. Food was ready timely for a really large order. We will definitely be using them for catering other events we have and will be recommending them to others. Thank you for a great experience!

Just purchased 2 items from this location a bowl and a plate. The chow mean was burnt and the smoked pass it down to the rice it was awful. Drove 35 minutes for nothing just to get sick. Anytime something burns PLEASE throw it away now my stomach hurt. I know I’m not the only customer that got served burnt chow mean. I used like this location but will stop coming for this same reason. They should’ve thrown the chow mean away as soon as they smelled it was getting burned, but they decided to make a profit from it and got me sick.

I drove all the way from my place in Plainfield and passed the Panda 🐼 right around the corner from me to come to this location. The one near my house is awful. The Avon location is everything the Plainfield location is not. Goes to show what good management and staff can do! Great job Avon Panda!! You all rock!!!

Panda Express is okay. It's hit or miss and depends on the time of whether the food is good or not. If you get it at the right time, their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp are really good. But if they're getting to the bottom of the pan before they add a new batch, it can soggy or can feel sort of stale. Then it's not worth eating. But more often than not, it's pretty good. Just don't go later in the evening when their slowing down. I'm not fond of their egg rolls. They have an unusual chemical taste and, at times, can have large chunks of vegetables that are undercooked, which can be off-putting. So I'm giving them 3 stars, they're okay. Sometimes, if you get the food when it comes out fresh, it's pretty good, and there are times when it's not. Just like any other fast food place.
