I did an online delivery order through the panda app. The driver brought the wrong person's order and noticed before leaving, taking it with them. The store associate immediately became defensive and said they couldn't do anything. The email only gives their number for assistance. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge with my bank and avoid ordering online with them in the future.

Fresh Fresh Fresh!! They kept up though it was lunch time and the people just kept coming!! The rice was nice and juicy enough, not dry! The place was clean, the staff were all nice. The portions are not bad, ofc I would love more, lol

We had our order taken by Yawa and she was new and she was absolutely so nice! I was so surprised, she was more nice to me than servers at a sit down restaurant! I was so pleased with her and she truly made my day! She was so bright and i loved her amazing attitude!! Please give her some credit!

Yesterday, we catered our graduation party from the Panda Express location in Avon and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Food tasted excellent and was a very large order. Food was ready timely for a really large order. We will definitely be using them for catering other events we have and will be recommending them to others. Thank you for a great experience!
