Normally everything is great. The sent my order through Door dash and this is what I received. Apparently he carried it like a sack of groceries. The manager is making this right, but Door dash is terrible.

I ordered delivery and someone showed up who didn't speak a word of English with a completely different order and the 12 year olds who run the place couldn't tell me what happened. It's run by children and they never know what is going on.

Not sure if they dropped the pizza's or what but half the toppings were slid off to the side on all three pizza's when ordered. After reading the reviews, doesn't seem like much use to call and complain to the store. I will just take my business elsewhere from now on.

After waiting 1.5 hours, called back. They lost my order even though my bank card had been charged. Took 2 phone calls to corporate to get refund. Phone answering service SUCKS! Lost my business.

I understand that people sometimes have bad experiences. Personally this was my first time ordering from there. Called the store with a question & employee was great. Ordered online & it was easy. Delivery driver in the mimi-van was here fast & was awesome. Food was hot & order was perfect. My first experience with this store was definitely 5 Star!
