I have been ordering here for delivery a lot of times, I don’t complain if sometimes they messed up my order but the old delivery guy was very rude. We’ll say hello and Thank you but he would knocked on our door and just hand me the pizza without saying anything and gave me us mean look then leave and act like he didn’t hear anything. It was an old white guy. We always leave a tip so Idk what he’s problem. The managers should do something about it and train your people to be more nicer to the customers. Not sure if we still ordering pizza here.

I visited the Papa John's at 116 N STATE ROAD 267, Avon, IN 46123. Everything was superb. Bread sticks were large like they are supposed to be. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this Papa John's again. The one on Rockville RD has pencil thin bread sticks that are half size. I have to drive to get Papa John's at 116 N STATE ROAD 267, Avon, IN 46123 but it is more than worth it to get superior quality and superior service!
Pizza dough was raw, wings were burnt, one pizza had no sauce on it.. only thing that deserves the 1 star was that the service was fast... but the quality of the food explains that. Avoid this

My husband ordered a Large Calzine crust pizza and cheesy bread for pickup tonight and it was COLD-HARD- Dried out and gross!!!Save money and go elsewhere! Horrible!!!!!!!!

Order 3 pizzas off of Uber Eats. They messed up my pizza husband can't eat it. Well make him sick and call the manager. The manager was rude. And i've been ordering from them all my life.

My husband and I ordered food from the Avon, IN location tonight. We live close, but we'd had a lpng day, and just didn't want to get out. I ordered 2 six count wings, a medium The Works, an order of breadsticks, and a couple extra sauces. The app said it would be 40 minutes. It took over 45, which is whatever, except we basically live across the street. When I placed the order, I realized I had clicked cash instead of card. The employee I spoke with was very kind and helped get my payment changed. When the driver showed up, he already had a chip on his shoulder. Even though he had 3 different receipts, he insisted I hadn't paid. I called the store and the girl who had helped me confirmed I paid. The driver asked for the manager who said the payment was not made. I showed the driver my bank account and that it had already been taken out. They both insisted I either pay again or give back the food, or they would call the police. I said, "Call them," and shut the door. About 35 minutes later, the police knocked at my door. They seriously called the police. So I showed him my account AND that Papa John's had actually overcharged me. He insured me that he would be advising them. They were in the wrong and not me. The worst food service ever. I wish I could get in contact with the franchisee and speak to them directly.

We ordered pizza for lunch on the job site. Service was good. Pizza was good. But to not have the options to get plates and cups for the two liters is extremely disappointing. First time I've had papa John's at work and not had the plates and cups

Received dry bbq wings with barely to none barbecue sauce.
The worst pizza and customer experience. Ordered a pizza, bread sticks and chocolate chip pie (grandson). Received two bread sticks, chocolate chip pie and NO PIZZA. The driver claimed that it was the Papa Johns that was at fault as he was not allowed to check the order. Connected the provider and they spent a f'd up mess to correct the issue. The pizza was delivered but was mashed in the box both on top and on the sides. Contacted the the provider again and they stated I was out of line they they were fine.Never buy anything from these A'holes.

Do not waste your time or money on this location. Food was delivered to the wrong house, taken back from that house and attempted to re-deliver. Requested a new order, which was missing items from the first order.

Wow! My experience. Receiving a pizza that obviously was rushed to be made or they just didn't care. All my toppings were stacked in the center of the pizza. Very disappointing.
