I was ordering food for myself and coworkers from this store through Uber eats. I genuinely don’t understand how they could get the order wrong in every way possible. All three of us had missing food or wrong item. The $5 Uber eats refunded me doesn’t even cover the cost of what’s missing in this order.

Extremely dissatisfied. On the site it shows a closing time of 11 pm. It's a Friday night, and I went to get some food as some older lady closed the door on me, and locked it at 9 pm. No response given as to why they were closing early either. She was extremely rude. This has happened several times in Avon at different locations. It's still showing they're open online as well. Maybe hire people who actually want to work.

I ordered on line. My order was short a piece of chicken and a biscuit. Won't be returning again.
Came through the drive thru and ordered my typical bone-in 3 piece meal. It seemed warm and fresh in the box but when I opened it I was sooo sad to find an extremely small chicken thigh (same size as the wing, I'm not kidding) and a drum and a wing. Additionally they gave me mashed potatoes instead of fries and no honey for my biscuit which I had asked for.I went in and confronted them about it ready to ask for a refund. Katrina? I think was her name was very nice about it all and I felt comfortable talking to her. She gave me an appropriately sized thigh, fries, and the honey I was missing.Unfortunately I do not think I will be back simply because the small size of all the chicken is apparently the new normal and it is wayyy too expensive for me to see how that's fair or how I can continue to support that. I have been so disappointed with all the fast food chains lately.

I love Popeyes but on this particular night I order some wings and a family size fries. I know for a fact the fries are sitting for awhile at room temperature and didn’t realize it till I got home to eat! I was highly upset about that. Please do better and serve food fresh to order.

I have been there at various times and they are always out of chicken 15 min wait!Been there 3 different times at 5pm 6 pm and 7 pm no chicken!In avon I pass 6 different chicken places to get to Popeyes . No more!!

They left me waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes and then when I went to check how my order was coming along, told me they couldn't make it. Then argued with me that it wasn't there fault I had been waiting in the parking lot and I should just cancel my order. Then all the sudden DID have the food to cook my order when I asked for the person's name I was talking to. The service was absolutely nuts. I don't recommend ever going to this location. I waited overall about 40 minutes for my order and they were so rude.
