They have the best Italian beef, been to the Avon location twice, honestly I don't understand why they don't have a self serve drink fountain, you have to stand and wait with several others for your order to be completed and they give it to you all together, usually takes 15 minutes at lunch which would be a big deal if you had your drink, you can't sit down and wait because there's not a microphone to hear when they call your order, makes no sense to me, the dining experience could be so much better because of this.

I love portillo's hor dog, beef, and polishes. But I guess the name doesn't always reflects the food. I visited thus establishment today and order chilli cheese dog and beef. The chilli dog was a joke. Of they folded a piece of cheese over the top of the hot and covered it with cold in the can chilli. Thanks for nothing. The beef i haven't tried yet. To be continued

It has taken them years but they have finally put drink machines on customers side so we can get our own drinks instead of waiting 20 minutes while food is prepped. This place is empty and it’s a mess. Trash cans overflowing. You complain to corporate and they want to give you free French fries instead of fixing the problem. This location is awful for service. Very poor management. Go to Jaggers or bubbas 33. Much faster and great service.
