I ordered a drink in the drive thru after work. There was only one car in front of me but the cashier girl told me to wait. Other than that it was a fine experience. They have large drive thru lanes like Whataburger

They shrinking their portion sizes to the point you are really just over spending on so little food. the chicken has gotten smaller, so has the boxes the chicken get placed in making you think its the new normal size. Honestly the price for it now adays is not worth it. its not what it used to be with good decent size chicken, now their almost as small as a nugget.

Sauce was hyped on social media, but underwhelming. Chicken and fries were good, but the fries were a tad squishy. Toast as only toasted on one side, but great! Will be visiting again!

Got 2 4 finger boxes with two extra strips. My daughter asked for extra sauce. Came back saying the girl at the counter was very rude and wanted to charge her for extra sauce. So I went up to get it. Definitely very rude and charged me also for extra sauce. I said sauce should have came with the two extra tenders. No ! Everyone pays for extra sauce.

Honestly I don't really get this place. I've heard people rave about the food here, but it's literally chicken tenders. The sauce is mid and the fries are pretty weak.

Also they give out coupons, then act confused and put out when you bring them in to try to use them.

Also they find it necessary to blare music at peak volume in their eating area so you have to shout to hear each other, and are running fans full-speed inside when it's 30° outside? 🤷‍♂️

I don't understand the hype.

I came here several months ago right at lunchtime. The service was phenomenal. The lady was very friendly and helpful, being that it was my first time. But the chicken, man it was underwhelming. It was fresh, but so plain. It just wasn't flavorful. The breading was also weird. The famous Cane's Sauce just tasted like mayo with pepper in it. The fries were decent. I really enjoyed the Texas Toast and the Coca-Cola. I was disappointed in the chicken, and probably won't go out of my way to return to Cane's, but at least their fountain Coke was really good.

The food was good. The service was fast. They were very busy, so there wasn’t a place to sit. We took our food to eat in the car. I got the sandwich which was a little too messy to eat in the car.
