We had delicious Parrot Isle Schrimp dinners, which did not disappoint in any way. However, we were surprised that the meal no longer includes two sides. The amount of shrimp is generous, though, and we appreciated the taste of all. Andrew, our server, was excellent! He was attentive, friendly, patient and anticipated our needs well. He's a gem.

Went to dinner on 09/20 and decided to give this place another shot. Walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We finally got seated and waited another 10 minutes for our server finally took our drink order and told us they would bring out biscuits shortly. It took 30 minutes to get biscuits. We received our appetizers before the biscuits. The stuffed crab mushrooms were disgusting. The crab tasted freezer burnt. Total waste of money. 40 minutes later the manager i think brought out our food and the first thing she said was sorry your order got bumped. She had No explanation and sat our food down and walked away. We ordered the fish and chips. The fish was disgusting. Took a bite and it was slimy. The batter just slipped right off. Grease running everywhere and mushy. The hush puppies were the size of little marbles and the chips were so soggy from getting covered in all the fish juice. If you want to go out on a date or for your anniversary this place would be the place to RUIN IT!!!!! MCDONALDS fillet o fish is better than this. This is what I really think. BTW it's very dirty!! And there was only like 7 tables occupied so busy is no excuse.

The food was great, but it took 20 minutes from when we were seated to have any staff even acknowledge us. Finally had to go to the hostess stand and complain before we received any service. Once we had a server, she was great. But the delay almost had us walking out the door.
Waited around 45 minutes for food definitely very disappointed one with the wait to the food got the mariners boil bag was supposed to be spicy Cajun meat was tender only flavor we experienced was watery butter again very very disappointed one with!

We went to Avon Red lobster today. Our waitress was Tiffany and she was so quick and efficient. The Manager was Linda who was so friendly. We saw her dealing with an issue with two of the workers. One young lady was so rude with a major attitude. Linda handled it so professionally even when the girl just walked out. Both my husband and I have worked in management and we were so impressed with how Linda handled the situation. My husband was a DM for many years and said he always stood by his managers with a situation with employees. We met the GM Lynn and told her how great Linda did. I hope Linda was supported in her management skills.

Kimmy and Linda were absolutely amazing. I came for my birthday celebration as I do every year and the service and food quality did not disappoint. The boil was so delicious!!! I also love that my birthday was acknowledged, but no embarrassing singing. I will definitely be returning!!!
