Me and my wife came in this evening to just celebrate each other! Our waitress, Gretchen, was absolutely amazing!!! She is so kind and has a wonderful spirit! Our food was hot and she checked on us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed! Please ask for her if you come in! She was wonderful!

Came in for dinner and was welcomed with a smile and a warm loving greeting. Then I sat down to order and the hostess continued to make sure I was greeted with hot biscuits a smile while letting me know my server would be by soon. Next thing I know my server is right there and is just as attentive as the hostess is. She made sure to get my order in quickly. My food was wonderful and so was my service. I will definitely come back!!

I’ve been a faithful consumer at Red Lobster for over 15 years now, my main location being Avon, In however after todays lunch, I will probably not ever go back… for years my wife and I would both get the ultimate feast. We did the same today, with one more with us, our bill came to roughly 150.00 and the crab was under cooked, which means it was a pain to shell out the meat. The only thing that was good was the server, she was great at what she done.

I can’t rate their food cause I never got it ..waited 30 minutes for a half pound of crab legs🤷♀️ I don’t know where these reviews are coming from. I’m kind of wondering if they’re not getting paid to write the positive ones because I was here a year ago and I got the same response as I did just today unless you order food that are $50 and more you’re not gonna get any attention. They only had two people to serve their customers which when I pulled up in the parking lot I only saw maybe 8 to 10 cars and this was at 6:00 PM and I told myself this is not a good sign, but I was really craving crab legs. remembered the same situation déjà vu last year but I thought maybe surely in 12 months it has gotten better. same waitress gives me an attitude because I’m asking too many questions about the menu. again I can’t rate this restaurant other than a minus one because I’ve not had the experience. They’ve made me sit for more than 30 minutes to get a half of a pound of crab legs, knowing it only takes maximum 10 to 15 minutes to bake steam broil however they do it, .. it’s not like they’re overwhelmed with customers because as I said, there’s probably 4 to 5max tables are you serious right now? I would definitely not recommend this red lobster in all honesty. I’ve never been to the one on E. 82nd..but this one and the one on Thompson Road. I would definitely not recommend and that saddens me because we are so limited in the city of Indianapolis for a good seafood restaurant with reasonable prices. granted if you want to drive all the way downtown and then worry about your parking and your safety blah blah blah but I sure would like to have a good seafood restaurant, especially on the southwest side of Indy besides Long John Silvers. not to dog long John Silvers, cause personally I would rate them over red lobster.
