I have visited this Rise and Roll various times and aside from one other experience that wasnât great, my experience over the weekend has made me want to write a review. I purchased two shelf items (jelly and pickles), frosted sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies. I asked the girls working if they had a smaller chocolate chip cookie option for purchase and they brought out a half dozen from the back. I purchased it and remained in the store with my kids while I was waiting for the rain to stop. We tried the chocolate chip cookies and they werenât good. I looked at them and thought to myself, these look different than the ones I showed them if they had a half dozen of. I brought it up to the ladies working there and we looked at the packaging for both and could tell they werenât the same. The ladies said it was probably two different batches. I asked if anything could be done as I was expecting them to be like the ones on the floor and while she was going to give me a refund and have me purchase the other one (after a lot of back and forth on what they could even do becuse they didnât know what to do) they asked âwere these openedâ and when I told them AGAIN that yes they were opened in here and thatâs how I noticed they werenât the right ones, they said there was nothing they could do. Just a minute prior to this, they had offered to call management to see what options I had. To avoid going back and forth I told them to keep what I bought and left the store. I threw away $7 which sure, isnât a lot, but itâs the fact that they didnât know what to do and couldnât find a reasonable option. I wasnât rude and even told them I am sorry to even ask for a refund or exchange. There is no reason an accommodation couldnât be made.

Wow..stopped in during a brief trip in the area and picks up a half dozen donuts to bring back home. These are sole of the best donuts I have ever enjoyed. Just excellent donutsâŠwish it wasnât 2 hours from home.

I will never order from this place the manger is rude !!! My daughter dance did a fundraiser from this place !!! Donât recommend for sure !!! We were paying costumers didnât get all our pies when we were suppose too was told they were going to be frozen which they werenât !!! Half of them were messed up ⊠Manger was rude and told us that she wasnât going to give us our pies which where paid for already yeah it was all recorded on how she acted towards our non profit organization let me remind you !!! So disgusted on how she acted towards families that paid for her merchandise and wasnât what she said she was going to do!!!

Every time I come in, I try something new. I have never been disappointed, and neither will you! Grab and go, or stay in and enjoy your breakfast with a coffee or two. Donuts are addictive but the cinnamon rolls are my favorite. Enjoy!
I absolutely cannot describe how obsessed i am with this shop. Best donuts iâve ever had and their coffee is just as good. Staff is literally wonderful making the place an even better experience.
