Ordered delivery directly from Smokey Bones website. Received a text that the order was received with a link to follow the order. After the delivery time. Got pushed back after the 4th time they cancelled the order. Never mind they had already charged me $73.85. When I called they blamed door dash and indicated I would need to get my refund from them. However, my charge came from the restaurant as I didn't order through door dash. So I had to call the restaurant back, where they said it would be refunded in 7 to 10 days.

Mary is the best waitress. She joked around with our teenage sons and was kind and attentive. We will definitely be back and hope that she is our server again in the future. 🥰
Went again on 2/16/25...our son's burger was way over done, and he ordered medium! Most of the time this isn't an issue.

Been coming here a few times now for a few company dinners and have not had a bad meal here yet! This night though, I finally had their brisket platter and it was fantastic! Definitely worth a visit for those wanting incredible BBQ.

The one star was just so I could leave this review, we sat for 20 minutes and no said anything to us, no servers even looked our way until we got up to leave. During these times how do you denied service to a paying customer then wonder why your tip is so low . Too many restaurants are closing . Fix your problem with your team before you are the next restaurant inext to close .
