All around amazing service. Easily explained and ordered quickly. As a new customer that was a big plus! Especially with the menu having add ons and all kinds of stuff, it can be intimidating to look at and choose but they made sure it wasn't at all! Smoothie was fantastic. They walked me through creating my personal and it's super good. Power Meal Slim Strawberry and I added peanut butter and blueberries. Which were organic btw ?‍??
Great management and staff! Everyone knew their stuff today ???

Normally smoothie king is a very nice when we come through and we don’t have any problems but Tonight, we pulled in the drive through with 20 minutes before closing time. The inside was kinda dark but The lady welcomed us then asked if we would be ordering from the app and we said no, then the other side went quiet. We sat there for a little and we started asking if anyone was there then realized She literally walked away. Closed and locked up the store. We sat there for literally like 10-15 minutes waiting for her. We pulled out and she was throwing away trash then getting into her car. Very hurt that she blew us off like that.

Nothing to run home to mom about. Ordered the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate and tastes just like something I'd make at home with Whey Protein, but for $12. Also ordered on Uber Eats for pickup, drove 12 minutes to get to the store just to find out they didnt even start my order yet. With nobody in the lobby and 1 car in the drive thru, not sure what they were doing.

My friend & I pulled up to try smoothies from here just a couple minutes ago & the lady that was at the mic was disgustingly rude . My friend and I had never been here before so we were a bit confused & Instead of helping up she says “ there’s a menu . you can read it “ now there was only one car at the window besides us so it wasn’t like it was busy for her to have that kind of attitude . I do not appreciate her attitude or how we were spoken to . She needs to get a better attitude working in customer service . After this encounter we didn’t even order because we were so astonished by how she spoke to us so we just pulled off & continued with our day .

Okay smoothies but definitely not worth the outrageous price! Also not the most friendly staff....the seem to be bothered/ annoyed by customers being there?!

Taste is great don’t get me wrong, but my experience with service was horrible, and it just bothers me that I would love to go back as long as their staff steps it up. The person at the front (cashier) was pretty rude and it looked like she didn’t want to be there and barely payed attention either. In fact I don’t know why she was giving attitude if she doesn’t even make the smoothies either way, she barely does a thing. The staff forgot our order not once, but twice! Only one person looked like they actually cared about their job that day and was actually taking care of us.

Went this morning after leaving work. No one in line and no one in the store. I was trying to review the menu to see what I wanted that was different. Emily was so rude. She went to explain to me she was the only one in the store working. Remind you NOT Busy at all NO other cars in the drive thru and NO other customers in the store. She talks fast and wants you to Hurry up. I will NEVER visit that store again. This is the second time. customer service not good at all. On the positive side my smoothie was pretty good just had a aftertaste to it. She just made the whole experience bad for me. She needs to go back for some additional Customer Service training. I can now see why not a cars in drive thru and none in the lot.

I’ve been a Smoothie King fan for many years as they are everywhere in southern Louisiana and it was exciting when one opened in Avon, IN around the time we moved to this area. Unfortunately, they are NOT the same. The service at this location is below average. Even after repeating various details of your order 3 times or so (drive through) it’s very seldom correct. Either they need to hire smarter individuals or replace the headset system. We also prefer our drinks in the foam cups because they don't sweat and our smoothies tend to stay cold for a longer period of time (an option on the menu and app) …. However, this location NEVER pays attention to that detail on the receipt/recipe. Our drinks are handed over in wet plastic cups time and time again. Ugh! I’d love to go here just one time without disappointment. Please, please improve from this review.
