Every time I go through the drive-thru at this location the woman is rude. Tonight she acted like it was my fault that they didn't have bananas or the 32 oz cups

The service here is seemingly getting worse. I not only had to order online only this evening but waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, only because I already paid for it. SMH.

The workers looked miserable and sad and they had multiple people in the lobby and forgot half their orders or had them waiting 15+ minutes. Work of place was dirty and I don’t recommend coming here if your having a good day

When I arrived to drive through the menu board had changed and I told the girl. What I wanted, and she told me that they don't have that there and said, I must have got it from a different store. I told her no I got it from there. I finally found it and told her it was a Caribbean way, and she said, that's not what you told us you wanted. And I said, every ingredient is in it that I told you and she said, you forgot a few ingredients. I said I couldn't remember everything that was in.She was very rude. There were 2 cars ahead of me and 3 girls working inside. I waited for over 20 minutes. I almost left.
I went up to the window and handed them a 20. That gave me my smoothie. It came to $7.18, and she gave me $12 back. And I waited for the rest of my change. Finally, she opened the window and said, did you need something else? I said, yeah, the rest of my change. And she said, oh, we don't have any coins. Is that okay?
I said it would have been nice to know that before I paid or ordered she closed the window and never let me finish talking. I was not happy, but what can you do? If they don't have change. Just three teenage kids working

I went to the Avon location to get a smoothie. I got to the drive through and waited 5 mins and no one said a word to regardless of me calling out. I parked my car and went inside to find a gentleman waiting on his order. It was just me and the gentleman. The ladies serving us were extremely rude. No smile, no hello, no “ I’ll be right with you”. When she finally attended to me, she was cold. I ordered my smoothie and proceeded to wait an additional 25 minutes before my smoothie was ready. When I confronted the ladies about their lack of customer service and how rude they were, they said their microphone was not working. I shared they could have still greeted or explained it when I walked in. Tropical smoothie is a minute down the street and I’ll probably just do that instead. No need to go spend money at a place that acting like you are inconveniencing them by asking for a service they advertise to provide. Disappointed

Service is the worst, they have angry faces all the time. They take forever to take the order and a year to prepare the smoothies, even if you order through the app they take at least 30 minutes

I’m not sure if the Avon location is under new management but service is horrible. The young lady that mainly operates the drive thru needs to work on her customer service skills. Her poor attitude is consistent upon each visit. There’s nothing about her that gives “thanks for coming, have a nice day “. Instead, you get eye rolls, a dry tone and ONE facial expression that is either saying “I don’t like you”, “ I don’t want to be here” or both. Needless to say they’ve lost a repeat customer at that location.
