The ambiance is always so relaxing, making it ideal for a peaceful start to the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides service with a smile. Their professionalism is truly commendable; it's a key part of the experience. I appreciate the consistency; it's always a reliably great experience. It's simply perfect, a little slice of heaven. I can't think of anything else I could ask for; it's just right.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stop at the Avon Starbucks. I was entertaining family from out of town, returning from a trip to Indianapolis when we were sadly disappointed by the Plainfield Starbucks - they do not offer any seating. We found this out after turnling through the rain to their front door with my elderly sister in toe.
You drove the extra distance to the Avon Starbucks with which I was familiar. By the time we got there the rain had stopped, we were able to park in a handicap spot right by the door, and found the trip inside without problems.
The staff was friendly, offering suggestions to all of our questions. I got an iced latte and they warmed their damp souls with hot Java drinks of their own choosing. We found a booth and got comfortable while we soaked up our caffeinated delights shared conversation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this Avon Starbucks.

Doors on both bathrooms are defective, customers can walk straight in when you think the door is locked!! This situation needs to be addressed immediately! WIFI is EXTREAMLY SLOW
