I’ve had bad experiences over 3 times visiting this location using the app to order pickup. My drinks have been ready over 20 minutes past the time the app says, while waiting the staff doesn’t even acknowledge my presence or apologize for my wait, and overall just appear to be very rude.

I hope everything good in life happens to the crew that works at this store. They’re always SO nice & my coffees have been correct for 2 years now. 0 complaints the whole time.

Dirty parking lot, garbage and gross outside. Beautiful morning but parking lot and inside were kind of gross.They didn’t have any of the breakfast boxes available early in the morning.Service was decent - baristas were nice. Just dirty and not all food in stock

Worst service ever. My husband and I went through the drive-thru using a gift card. The employee working the drive-thru had an attitude and acted so inconvenienced I didn’t open it. I actually thought she just needed to scan the barcode, I’ve never used a gift card before. She handed it back and told me to open it for her, after doing so she handed it back in such a hurry it fell between my vehicle and the window. I was unable to open my vehicle door and retrieve it and there was a line of vehicles behind us. We were so disgusted by the treatment we left it there. We have been Starbucks customers for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience.

We waited in line for 39 minutes to place our order. We finally get.up there to the speaker only to be told they are now closed . There were at least an additional 10 cars in line behind me as well. This will be the last time I ever go to this one particular Starbucks. The majority of employees are either rude or apathetic, seriously look annoyed they are working and any of them rarely smile. Do better....
