Staff is careless, gave me wrong bag of food and I can't even come back cause I'm at work. Takes also forever.. they only communicate to each other through the headset even though they're standing next to each other. I didn't like my experience. Unfortunate

I ordered Iced Matcha latte , they gave me like 80% ice in it and only the 20% of drink. I drank it ..didn’t feel like i’m drinking any specific drink other than drinking a iced water. I paid 6 bucks just to get iced water and i went back and asked for refund or another drink and they were like no we cant do that.. Oh you can give us iced water in the name of iced drink. I didn’t know that iced drink means all the ice with two pumps of flavour in it. I asked for the manager but she wasn’t very helpful and was like i can’t do the refund or give you another drink, My manager won’t allow it. Yeahhhhhh!!! your manager allowed to give just ice to customers in the name of iced drinks. TASTE ZERO, ZERO Hospitality, total wastage of money.OVERALL experience is ZERO. So called Starbucks.

And I think I just remove the negative reviewed yesterday but I had for this location. Did Dan get told While my drink was being held hostage at the window that I would need to wait 10 to 12 minutes from now on because it’s a new policy while Starbucks on app is 3 to 6 minutes so in the end here comes back to one star review well done lasted a day.

1 suggestion is to turn the volume down on the music that is playing. The lady that took my order almost charged me for 2 coffee's when I was only ordering 1.
Entire order was made wrong they do not pay attention to detail which can be dangerous for people with food allergies! I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.
