Dirty parking lot, garbage and gross outside. Beautiful morning but parking lot and inside were kind of gross.They didn’t have any of the breakfast boxes available early in the morning.Service was decent - baristas were nice. Just dirty and not all food in stock

Worst service ever. My husband and I went through the drive-thru using a gift card. The employee working the drive-thru had an attitude and acted so inconvenienced I didn’t open it. I actually thought she just needed to scan the barcode, I’ve never used a gift card before. She handed it back and told me to open it for her, after doing so she handed it back in such a hurry it fell between my vehicle and the window. I was unable to open my vehicle door and retrieve it and there was a line of vehicles behind us. We were so disgusted by the treatment we left it there. We have been Starbucks customers for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience.

We waited in line for 39 minutes to place our order. We finally get.up there to the speaker only to be told they are now closed . There were at least an additional 10 cars in line behind me as well. This will be the last time I ever go to this one particular Starbucks. The majority of employees are either rude or apathetic, seriously look annoyed they are working and any of them rarely smile. Do better....

This location is by far the worst location of a Starbucks. They are always super backed up and always super slow but there’s always a bunch of people on the floor doesn’t matter what time you put your mobile order in it would never be ready on time.

Starbucks is a fan favorite of my family. This location tarnished that for us. We were waiting in line for 15 minutes before someone took our order - 2 people were in front of us and the employees thought we were all waiting for mobile orders. After I ordered, I got my drink fairly quickly but then waited another 20 minutes to get a single cake pop for my toddler. The staff was annoyed that he was getting vocal so i asked if i could grab my cake pop and 2 employees acted like I was inconveniencing them to grab a quick cake pop when there were at least 4 open boxes of them laying on the counter getting drink residue all over them. I wish i had gotten the name of the rudest employee, but i will not be back.
