Real‑Time Drive‑Thru Feedback — 02/03/2026, Approximately 5:35PM. The drive‑thru employee was rude, curt, and repeatedly talked over us while we tried to place our order. We could not complete our order and ultimately left the restaurant because of her behavior. SHE DID NOT LET US COMPLETE OUR ORDER. She should not be in a customer‑facing role without focused training on soft skills, customer service training, communication skills including active listening, and PROFESSIONALISM.

We got bitched at for asking if they had hot water for my grandmother. Then they talked about us behind our back for 30 minutes and the food was way too greasy for me to eat. Fries were cold and stale

Ordered lunch through the drive through and the manager in charge of the position, She was very rude and had zero customer service skills. She rushed the whole process in an unnecessary way and she at one point told me to hurry up and let me tell you I was not taking my time. I asked for a triple burger with no cheese, no pickles or onions and she had the audacity to have attitude because of that. And the order was wrong. And the sweet tea that was ordered was unsweetened. Also at one point she told me to hold on like I was the problem! I only order 4 things for myself, my fiancée, and my two kids. Seriously, if you can't handle working in fast food look for another job. I worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I would run circles around her all day while still being kind to ALL MY CUSTOMERS! AND GETTING ALL THEIR ORDERS CORRECT. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Worst Steak N Shake I’ve been to. 30 minute wait for two shakes. Clearly didn’t clean machine between uses; could obviously taste the other shake flavor in my shake. Place was a mess. Awful.

The manager there has no hospitality. She cuts you off while you are talking, If your order is wrong, she has no patience and gets moody even if there’s one person behind you in drive-thru. I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service this isn’t the first time .

What a lack of customer service from this location being Hispanic we receive allot of racism but this location is just plain disrespectful no customer service training I guess they lack that. When we speak perfectly clear we asked for a #1 and the yt girl on the headset answered WHAT!? instead excuse me like she was speaking to her mom.. very disrespectful.

Spent $29 dollars on food that couldn’t even be eaten. Even had to wait 5 minutes on chicken tenders that tasted freezer burnt or out of date or some such crap. Not edible. This is the like third time, I will not be returning. I have tried it in the morning ( this last time when only my cherry coke and shake were edible), midday and in the evening. Don’t waste your money

Food was okay but the manager was extremely rude while taking our order and at the driver thru window. Acted like we couldn’t ask any questions in regards to our order and like she had better things to do rather than her job which is customer service. There was no one else in line behind us and no one in the store eating. The AirPod in the ear is probably the problem.

Older woman was very disrespectful. I’m guessing her and her daughter works here. They’re cursing very loud. They’re serving patties sitting in a bowl instead of dropping them fresh. The place is very dirty. Does not change gloves which cause cross contamination. Got mad because I accidentally through my receipt away. Very rude environment. Please stay away from this place.

I ordered on the app for pickup, when I went through the drive thru (on my lunch break, so I was in a hurry), I was told by a rude woman that I had to come inside to pick up my order. When I walked in (and nearly tripped on the sidewalk going in because the concrete is uneven leading to the door), my order was sitting on the front counter. One of the 4 people just standing there doing nothing couldn’t walk 4 feet and bring it to the drive thru window? Every single person I saw “working” was literally just standing there watching me. Very disappointing service. Do better stake n Shake. And you should definitely not be asking for tips. You literally did as little as possible.
