I'm never gonna stop here again. Had an online order, so I go to the drive, though, because everywhere else you go to the drive, though, but here i got met with a lady with an attitude telling me to go inside. Then, once inside, some lady that spoke no English is tell me to check the bags myself. Like, do your employees not work? And the food tastes like it has been sitting out for hours.

I ordered a large pop and they overfilled it with ice. It’s all total ice this is one hour after it was delivred instead of selling me pop they stole from me and sold me a cup of ice with a few drops of pop I called the manager told me too bad. They hung up on me stay away from this restaurant.

Food is good but the service sucks big time and the guy making the burgers went outside with gloves on came in with the same gloves on and didn't change them at all and started making burgers after he was outside with his friends doing whatever he was doing that is nasty he could get everyone sick its 10:30pm and I have been here for 20 mins waiting on my food and now I have to worry if ima get sick because I eat the food #neveragainsteaknshakeavon yall are nasty

Really a bad experience. Drive thru employee was super rude. Food was thrown together and dumped around in the bag. One of our burgers (butter burger) had a literal partially melted stick of butter in it. It was sopping wet with butter and had a solid glob of butter still in the burger. Disgusting. Will not be back.

Ordered and payed for coffee... Only to be told they don't serve coffee. Why have it on the menu? Why not have a real person taking orders?
The general manager there is a great asset, I've been to this location multiple times and have no complaints, but I have noticed that the main people who complain and put the negative reviews are the pigment challenged( think they are special because of their skin tone).

This place has sunk so deep. Steak n shake used to be a great place to visit. Now the staff is rude and impatient, the food takes forever, and when you get it, it's all soggy and greasy. Done with steak n shake for good.

The outside building was shabby and parking lot empty on a Sunday afternoon. As we walked in a very strong odor reminded us of old meat. NOT yummy smells! We left!
