They left off half our order, refused to fix it at the window, had us wait 10 minutes out front, didn't know if they handed us the right bag, didn't offer any sauce and then the food isn't even wrapped when they hand it to us. Abysmal service at night.

Extremely lazy. And never have the inside open even though they have 4-5 people working . Simply just because they don’t want to have to clean it. Then they make every car pull up..

I love me some Taco Bell. I usually have an okay experience with service but I swear this location is constantly out of Baja blast which mean I get it you run out but it’s your signature drink maybe consider ordering more. Just fed uppppp

Facility was not the cleanest. Staff was eating food and then would go behind the counter to help serve food or take order without cleaning hands, then returns and continue to eat their food. More than likely will not return to this facility.

We just tried to go through the drive through, today is November 28th and it is 9:24. No one is answering through the speaker. We tried to go through twice. The open sign is on but no one is taking orders.

Can't comment on the food because I didn't get it. After waiting a long, long time, I went in for a refund. Must have woke the so called manager up because she did not utter a word (no, I'm sorry, or a apology of any kind, just mute) to me but took forever to hand the money back. I made a comment about the floor on the right service area (not being used) being nasty. Looked like someone dropped a taco on the floor but did not clean it up.

I sat in drive thru for an hour.. I feel that the grove thru person if not taking an order of filling the drinks should be going to line to help out but the kid just stood there 😕

Good food and polite service, but did did not get the whole order. Missed the Salted Carmel Churros. For some reason, they just can't get it together at this location.
