Not a stellar performance by the grilling crew. Medium sirloin steak isn't dark red and real juicy. Sent back to cook just a little more and came back still not right. Cooked a new steak and came out wrong. So meal was only salad and potato tonight. Maybe Texas Roadhouse isn't the place to go during the week. Weekends have always been solid so a plus there. Will I go back, yes, however will ask how the grill crew is at preparing steaks. The waitress was okay and never refilled our drinks so not a great Monday night meal. They did take the steak off. The manager never came to the table which they typically do when the food is not prepared correctly. Taking from 3 to 2 stars the more I think about the overall experience.

Service was excellent....the food was gross. Ribs were dry....chicken bacon an cheese sandwich....came out no cheese an burnt....side salad was mostly wilted lettuce.....an seemed frozen towards the end of it....definitely will not be going back

We used to go here regularly but this restaurant continues to decline. Sat us in the bar without asking if that was ok. Had to request rolls but they must have pulled from the oven too soon and they were like fresh dough. I would have waited. Salad greens were old with blackening at edges of romaine and cherry tomatoes that needed a week more on the vine. I had to use a steak knife to cut them. Baked potato tasted good but would not melt butter. Ordered med rare and steak was raw with nice grill marks. Waitress did not check back on steaks? She brought check and then noticed uneaten raw meat on the plate. I explained that I could not eat it. She offered to have it put back on the grill. Hmmm think about that. Where on the grill do the undercooked steaks go? As we were asking for the check it seemed ridiculous to even offer to cook the steak. I asked for and received a to- go box and my dogs enjoyed my filet. No offer to discount check. No management seen anywhere. The waitress assumed that my age equaled stupidity and asked in a slow, well enunciated, condescending manner if I needed help to pay the check using a card.,. I expected a pat on the head honestly. New management? New employees.? Whatever is going on with this restaurant will put them under eventually.

Our server, Gage, was amazing! Our drinks were never empty and our food came correct and hot the first time! A wonderful experience to say the least. We will certainly be back for more!

My phone never got texted that our table was ready. When I questioned them about it, they said they realized that they hadn't gotten my phone number correct. Instead of coming to find me, they just let it go and let us just keep waiting and waiting. Also, the floors etc were pretty dirty. Kind of gross!

No Danelle it is not normal for a family of eight to wait for a table 45 minutes then be seated at two different booths apart from each other! Thank you however for pointing out the family of nine that did not mind. Suggesting it was us.

Waited for 70 minutes for a table for a party of 10.
Finally was told it was ready and halfway there (table was in the very back) we were told they didn't have A table, we'd have to split the group. THEN when we got there one of the tables had been given to another group, and while we were trying to figure out what to do the other table got seated.

Got pissed, left, went 5 minutes up the road to Cheddar's where they took care of us immediately, and properly.
