No Danelle it is not normal for a family of eight to wait for a table 45 minutes then be seated at two different booths apart from each other! Thank you however for pointing out the family of nine that did not mind. Suggesting it was us.

Waited for 70 minutes for a table for a party of 10. Finally was told it was ready and halfway there (table was in the very back) we were told they didn't have A table, we'd have to split the group. THEN when we got there one of the tables had been given to another group, and while we were trying to figure out what to do the other table got seated.
Got pissed, left, went 5 minutes up the road to Cheddar's where they took care of us immediately, and properly.

After a very long day we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner on a Monday night since it wouldn’t be as busy. We sat for about 2 hours enjoying a few drinks before dinner. Our server Ronel was super helpful, attentive and also patient with us while we took our time. As always the food was amazing! One of our favorite go to restaurants, will definitely be back!

We've eaten here 3 times now and each time they seat us at these tiny little tables with 2 wooden chairs. I'm a pretty big guy and can't even move my arms to eat because the space is so restricted. There's no room for your food either because these tables are so small. I asked if we could get a booth on the last visit and the manager said we'd have to go to the back of the wait list. Why these tiny tables are even in a steakhouse makes no sense to me. Lafayette Indiana for sure has the best Texas Roadhouse, never had an issue there in 25 years.

I always enjoy coming to Texas Road House in Avon it’s the best. I had a waitress tonight name Morgan and she was very professional, great with customer communication, bread before I ask, drink refill before i ask,steak on the table as soon as I was finished with my salad.

Went for Bday dinner with family. Called ahead to get on list,still waited almost hour to be seated. Allison our server was great!! Mom's steak was way over cooked, I ordered a drink and bar couldn't get it to me before my dinner was already done!😡. My steak was great,girlfriend had to send hers back as well!!

First time I’ve ever had terrible, burnt food @ Texas Roadhouse, Chicken was not even edible it was so burnt and dry, not sure why it was able to be brought to the table. Husbands was too but since he picked around and ate some of his, they wouldn’t credit his, won’t be back. Long horn, here we come!

Very busy for New Year's Eve, but we were seated rather quickly. That was the end of congenial service! I saw a photo of someone else's salad and I wondered why mine was terrible. Nothing but lettuce leaves! Wish i had taken photo of that but by that time i was very aggravated! Server disappeared! The steak was tender and well seasoned, but not rested as you see from blood on plate! I know they were busy, but appears that management staff has changed! Never more!
