Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Anytime i have a question about anything they’re quick to help me. I also love their rewards program
I am a huge fan of TSC-BUT I have to say that almost everytime I order on the app ahead of time and go thru the drive thru to pick up-they are not efficient. I thought that was the point of ordering ahead? Today was particularly bad. I ordered ahead and when I got there they asked me to pull forward, while they finish working on my order. I proceeded to watch 5 cars order, pay and get their food and drive away before me. I had to walk in and ask about my order! They had it sitting behind the counter. I am very disappointed in their lack of urgency and attitude.

This place consistently fails to cook the chicken and other ingredients to a safe internal temp of 140 degrees. Not even the cheese melts its so undercooked. Why serve food like this? Also rarely consistent even though I know its all made to order. Ohio menu items are a dollar cheaper, made well and fast. I get treated pretty poorly every once in a while at the window. I'm always pleasant and respectful to the staff. The food would be good otherwise but man this place needs help serving food safely and staff needs leadership/customer service trainings. There is horrible cell tower service while you are in the drive thru. Can't get any connection there but it is fine everywhere else.
Update two weeks after: I don't even feel safe coming around anymore, just getting passive aggressive behavior, intimidation etc. The condition is worsening and the reply from the business doesn't even mention what actions they are taking to address food safety or employee behavior. I just got chicken on my flatbread that was cold as an ice cube lol, colder than the avocado they put on. Clearly no care to improvement. Do you know how many times I had to eat cold chicken just cause I was starving and chose to come here? Do you imagine I want to come here after working hard all day to get this experience. I always order with pleases, don't bother staff, and am just another customer. Planning to forward a complaint to the city health department.

Terrible service or lack thereof. One star is being generous! Left with nothing, total waste of time. We were not greeted upon entry.. when my daughters and I walked in there was no one in line to order, we stood at the register waiting to order for well over 15 minutes before deciding to just leave, noticed others behind us leave before we did. We watched three employees and whom I assumed to be the manager make to go/DoorDash orders and serve the drive thru all while ignoring customers on the inside trying to place an order. They completely ignored us like we didn't exist, I almost feel like it was intentional. Very weird & I won't step foot near this location again.

Love the smoothies but the one in Avon Indiana I sat in the at drive through for 30 min . I could not believe how long it took . Many cars left the drive through. It needs to be better staff or don’t offer the drive way until you do or discount the drinks for the wait . But overall I love tropical smoothie a lot . The staff are friendly just slow service .

I really enjoy coming to Tropical Smoothie — the smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like them. There’s a lot of friendly, hard-working teenagers on the team, and they do a great job keeping things moving and making customers feel welcome.
That said, I would love to see the managers more visible and engaged on the floor — interacting with guests, helping during the rush, and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I think that extra leadership presence would make an already good experience even better.
One last request… please bring back the jalapeño chips! They were the perfect combo with my favorite wrap, and I know I’m not the only one who misses them.
