The customer service, it shows by its name Ugly Crab ??? Normally Asian are very good in terms of customer service but the lady who helped us made our experience not too good. But the food is good though. We came around 2pm and no one is there. Until we got our food another 2 customers came in. There are so many options we can go for good food, but rare we can find with good customer service. That experience makes you to come back.
