I ordered 10 classic wings and a cup of ranch. It's already ridiculous that they charge $1.50 for such a tiny cup, but also they forgot to include the ranch in my order! I called the store and the woman who answered asked the guy who packs the orders if he put the ranch, he said yes, so she tells me that he says he put it in there. Well I'm looking in the bag and it's not in the bag, and it's not in the Styrofoam container with the wings. So I told her no, it's not here. I asked if I could get a refund because It was rush hour and I didn't have time to drive back to the store. She said no. Horrible customer service. I don't like eating spicy wings without ranch because it's just too spicy for me. If the ranch was free, obviously this wouldn't be that big of an issue, but they're overcharging for it anyway. So I paid $15 for a meal that I didn't even enjoy.

First off, food was awesome, loved every bite. The problem came when the girl behind the counter came out and asked my wife to give a review and then stood over her shoulder critiquing her review until she finally gave in and gave them 5 stars. So this is just to level out the forced review.

The wings are good most the time, the issue is, whoever puts the wings in the delivery bags is seriously dropping the ball at this location. Sometimes they use the correct bag, and everything is fine, but other times it's like.. bro..
They could Def use more sauce Sometimes too. Overall though, it's not bad, especially considering McDonald's wants the same money now days.

Second time ordering from them was gross. The wings were overcooked and seemed like they were sitting out for a while. The garlic Parmesan is a joke. They sprinkled grated Parmesan cheese, You couldn’t even taste any garlic on them. The hot wings taste like Frank’s red hot sauce, They were barely covered. Overpriced and for what you pay it’s not worth it! We ordered a 30 piece, ended up Throwing away half of them! Not to mention, we ordered a meal two weeks ago and they messed it up and they were supposed to give us a credit within seven days and we still didn’t get it. I can’t wait for Ale Emporium to open here in Avon. That’s where you can actually get real wings!

Another long time coming review, which this Wingstop location avoided by sheer optimism and “hope for humanity.” Absolute waste of time and money, so disappointing I don’t even want to spend energy typing this review except for the outlook of helping fellow man and woman. My advice from multiple open minded experiences is DO NOT GO HERE for any reason whatsoever. This management does not deserve to operate ANY restaurant, anywhere, anytime. Take an extra 10 minutes and get the wingstop experience you deserve by going to literally any other location. This place is down right nasty. Pitiful food and attitudes alike. If you like being abused and lied to by the employees that are supposed to be serving you then by all means, come to this wingstop, waste your hard earned money on utter trash. Trash attitudes and food. Shut the place down and board it up.
