I ordered 10 classic wings and a cup of ranch. It's already ridiculous that they charge $1.50 for such a tiny cup, but also they forgot to include the ranch in my order! I called the store and the woman who answered asked the guy who packs the orders if he put the ranch, he said yes, so she tells me that he says he put it in there. Well I'm looking in the bag and it's not in the bag, and it's not in the Styrofoam container with the wings. So I told her no, it's not here. I asked if I could get a refund because It was rush hour and I didn't have time to drive back to the store. She said no. Horrible customer service. I don't like eating spicy wings without ranch because it's just too spicy for me. If the ranch was free, obviously this wouldn't be that big of an issue, but they're overcharging for it anyway. So I paid $15 for a meal that I didn't even enjoy.
I use cash and every time they tell me that they are only taking mobile orders when the restaurant is open and it doesn't say anything at the entrance or the webside.
