Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Doordashed and a french account named Margareth stole the food and cancelled the order - I called in to the restaurant and Dakota answered the phone. He let me know what happened to my food and that he called doordash to let them know to reissue the order and got me taken care of.
I didn’t have to ask, I didnt have to Karen, Dakota just took care of me.

It’s this specific one in Avon that has the most rude and unorganized people working there. They take more than 30 min to give you the food has a long line.

I have seen slow in my life but this place takes the cake. Ordered one sandwich, fries and a drink, 20 minutes later - between the sideway stares and frowning faces , no communication and watching our food sitting in the window for 5 minutes, we finally received our food with no thank you, and no friendliness whatsoever. The food was warm, the flavor was ok. They were not busy. Only two other couples in the restaurant and they already had their food. So to say we will never go back is an understatement. Don’t waste your money or your evening going to this place.

Ordered $40 worth of food, drove 25 min home only to find out they gave me someone else's order. Had to drive back to return it and got attitude as if I was in the wrong. Might be the the reason the parking lot and drive up were empty. Never going back.

The general manager is great! Helpful, kind, and keeps the restaurant in great shape. Whatever they’re paying him, double it! Keep it up!

Delivery system is absolute trash. First order got canceled despite money being taken out of my card. Had to put in a second order just to get food money taken out again. Was told a refund was not allowed since delivery is through DoorDash.

Although the food is fresh n good the attudes n boredom line of disrespect of staff is unprofessional. I know these are kids n young people working at this location they still need to be trained proper ethics. I have decided to stop coming to this location

Haven't had Zaxbys in a while since learning they don't offer french dressing with their salads & I LOVE their salads, but I went & tried the Zensation salad & loved it. The egg roll was really good too, also tried the cheesecake bits, which I enjoyed. So my visit wasn't a bust & I found something new I like.

I was overall disappointed with the quality of my meal from Zaxby's. My wife and I both got the 4 piece tender basket, I can see why they gave us only 1 barbecue and 1 Honey mustard for all of that considering how tiny the chicken was. On top of that the food tasted old, the bread was stale and dry and the fries cold. For the price I paid, I would recommend going to the Raisin Canes down the road, you'll get much better food there.

The Caucasian manager here with the glasses and long brown beard sucks. For some reason, they keep having issues with scanning the QR codes in my app. I eat here with my family at least twice a week. I’m an extremely loyal customer. However, they are refusing to provide me with the rewards offered in my app because their QR codes are acting up. Zaxby’s receive at least $50 a week from my family. This is sad that they refuse to give me my $4 off of $20 or $5 off of $20 when I get them. It’s ridiculous. I hate greedy companies.
