The iced vanilla bee chai. At first I was unsure, I usually obtain a classic bit from the moment I looked the menu, it was the apple of my eye. I needed to know, could a local Avon shop have a better chai than Indy? The first sip, oh, the first sip. It was immediately put on the podium. 3rd best chai with no hesitation. The sweetness of the honey with the vanilla and chai made a wonderful combination. Although the chai was not the star with its spices, it still was an excellent drink.

This place is awesome. I have yet to have anywhere near a negative experience there. Every time I go, the service is top-notch and the drinks and food are delicious! The staff is always quick and friendly as can be. Definitely my new go-to caffeine stop.

I would give a one if the employees weren’t so nice.I have tried 10+ drinks at this location. They are ALL gross and sickeningly sweet. I’ve tried teas, infusions, coffee.. don’t get me started on the food. It’s all so gross and just off.ALSO stop asking for tips on your already overpriced drinks and pay your people. I’m not going to spend $6+ on a drink and tip.

I go to Ziggi’s nearly every morning and always have great service. I stopped in last Thursday for my usual Java Chip. The young lady who was assisting me was amazing! The manager was absolutely wonderful as well! Unfortunately, there was a guest in front of me who called the manager a profane name & was being rude/unreasonable. The manager handled it very professionally and he is always so incredibly kind! Thank you for the amazing customer service and quality coffee! You’re the best!!! PS: To the lady that was in front of me that day who called the manager a derogatory name against his sexuality, shame on you. Do better. Way to go Ziggies! You’re all amazing and we thank you for getting up so early so we can enjoy our coffee!

I have only been here twice but had a great experience both times. The coffee was great, and so was the service. They have a big variety of drinks to choose from. They also have some food. They also have an app and a reward program. Will be back.
Went there for the first time and got a Butter Pecan iced latte along with a $10 gift card for my daughter. I usually take pictures but drank it too fast and concentrated on my coffee intake. Will go there soon and will try a different flavor. Will take pics first before indulging.

I go to Ziggi’s every morning and normally have great service. I stopped in last Thursday for my usual iced tea and noticed it was super watered down. The young lady who was assisting me noticed it as well. She refunded me the money and gave me the receipt in case it didn’t go through. The following morning I noticed I hadn’t been refunded or credited so I stopped in and was told it would take a few days (which I’m not an idiot because when I’m credited or refunded it appears same day) so I buy my tea and come back after the weekend and I’m told it would be credited back to my Ziggis account not my checking. So I get my app and said I have not been credited anything and then I’m asked what I want him to do about it. I am furious at this point as I should not have to tell you how to do your job but just give me the money to go elsewhere or give me what I paid for! So then as he prepared my order he tells me next time to go to Ziggis support for my issues…I’m sorry but you are a franchise and should be able to handle all issues yourself also this was an easy fix! Young people these days have no clue what customer service is!!!
