Had silver dollar pancake and corned beef hash.
Excellent food, and friendly service. Everyone spoke to me. Coffee was excellent.

I usually get the southwestern omelet, hash browns, pancakes. Great meal for a long day of driving. Wait staff has been friendly and helpful. I've nothing negative to say.

I ordered a full order of chipped beef and gravy with toast. One of the pieces of toast was burnt. There were only 21 .25” x .25” little pieces of chipped beef in the whole order. Waitress said she would look into it but did nothing. I heard her complain to the kitchen.

This is one of the rudest places I have ever been! The management is so so unbelievably immature, disrespectful, and embarrassing! My food had hair in it, and the management tried to blame me? I mentioned it very politely! I believe Jade was my server, and she was so rude about the situation. Not that I was even blaming anyone, I mean it's a hair in your food! They told me it must have been my own hair, my hair was up in a pony tail! So bizarre! I've heard such sad things, this place used to be amazing and now it's such a sad establishment! So disappointing!

Nothing to write home about. We were seated quickly. Ordered a chef salad. They didn't have any hard-boiled eggs. It was OK but not over the top.

We have eaten here several times in the past however, The last time the service was poor (distracted waitress) and unsatisfactory quality of cleanliness. Hair found underneath pancakes. This last time was our last time At Flap Jacks !!

Our server, Luis, was very personable, had a quick wit, and was an excellent server in all ways. His trainer should be proud of her part in this, as should he, because he has only been there 2 months. The food as always was very tasty and presented in an appetizing fashion. It
