Made reservations for 7:00 pm. Arrived on time and checked in. Hostess asked our name two different times and proceeded to check us in...or so we thought. We waited 15 mins. A group of younger teens walked in, moved directly to the hostess stand and immediately got a table. No asking their name. They were obviously friends with hostess. We asked how much longer it would be for our reservation. Hostess requested our name for a third time. She said for some reason we weren't checked in. I said, I talked directly to you. She was slightly rude and the Upcellar hostess said we have been really busy. Twenty minutes after the reservation time we got sat. Twenty minutes later, we were greeted by the bartender. The entire experience was unfortunate. However, the bartender was outstanding. She was a true professional. The food was outstanding. I just wish the front of house staff was more mature and better at actually being a host.

Love this place! I had the spicy vodka pasta and it was delicious. It is a little spicier than I am used to but I would definitely get it again. The breadsticks are beyond AMAZING! So so good! Normally I get the pizza because it's the best! Decided to try something different and I am not sad I did! Izzy was our server and she was absolutely the best server we have had anywhere. We will definitely be going again!

Not life-changing, but if someone suggests it for dinner, I'm certainly not disappointed. Always fun to go and try a new pizza and/or cocktail and browse the shop next door.

Apps & drinks phenomenal as always! Unfortunately, our server could not for the life of her remember our drinks, food orders or to-go orders. Our table of 4 didn't even get our water glasses until after being served our pies. We asked over three times for water cups then she finally brought some. All pies were made incorrectly and one of our pies never even came out so we told her to forget about that pizza and the togo order and she couldn't seem to understand once again. Love P&L usually but very disappointed with our last visit!!

Great apps, good pizza, tasty Taxman beer, and nice desserts. And our server was terrific. All in all, a very nice Wednesday evening out. We'll be back, especially for the pepperoni pinwheels.
The wine and cocktails were great, we enjoyed our calamari appetizer. Our pasta was tasty and well-prepared. I hope the chef-driven dishes that first drew us here return in the future!

We love the godfather pizza, our server was awesome . We enjoy the ambience both inside and outside dining.

The hostess were rude and said we are so busy … the place was nearly empty… we ended up sitting at the Bar because the Hostess said it would be 45 - 60 mins before we were seated. The bar tender didn’t wait on us for 15 mins … my food was cold and I had to ask several time to be cashed out … terrible service!!!
