We ordered a veggie delight at 8:40 pm through grub hub. Order updates said it was being processed and the next that the order was delayed. I finally texted the driver just after 10pm only to find out the store was closed when he finally arrived at 10:10. I have no way off knowing where the process broke down, so from my perspective both the store and the driver are at fault. Now it's almost 10:30 and I'm going out to get my kiddo something to eat. This is ridiculous, especially now that I see her veggie sandwich was $24+ 🙄. I like to support other local small businesses, but this one might be the exception.

It has always been a good experience here. Employees are always friendly, efficient and quick. Especially all the new staff is very welcoming.
Worst Subway ever. Rude, slow, gross. The guy literally cut the sandwich bread vertically. Then he disappeared and we never saw him again while we ate without napkins or the cookies we ordered.

The WORST food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I had my entire receipt pulled up with all my food, drinks, and chips listed. The guy was so rude and didn’t believe I had ordered chips, even though it was clearly listed on my receipt that I PAID for them. Then he proceeds to tell me to get out, even though I was showing him the proof. I was nice the entire time and that man was AWFUL.

during our visit to Subway today, we found a fly baked in a cookie that was displayed on their cookie rack. We told the people that work there about it.instead of throwing the cookie away, they scraped the fly off of it and put it back on the rack. My wife insisted for them to throw the cookie away. They removed it and waited for her to turn away to put the cookie back on the shelf. I was so disgusted. Because the fly was huge and was actually backed with the cookie but they refused to throw it away.
