The manger is very rude. Id leave zero stars if I could. They get mad at me because they can never make my drink right. If im paying almost 7 dollar a day on coffee I want to like it and drink it. Id make it myself if I could I give them the exact pumps on how to make it. Now they say you do this all the time we aren't fixing it. Its not like im asking for a free one. Im just asking to add more sugar or flavor because it never tastes right. I really dont wanna drive out of my way to a diffrent dunkin. Im not being unreasonable or rude but they sure are. I've been there alot recently and its been okay so I haven't said anything for awhile and today the manger tells me if you have a problem one more time you wont be allowed back here which it's been over a month since ive had any issues. Than he proceeds to say do hear me do you understand. Very uncomfortable and rude. Felt like I was in trouble for speaking up . And he didnt need to say anything today its been fine. I don't wanna waste money on a coffee i will not drink. I think that goes for everyone. Im looking to contact corporate over this matter and hopefully something can be done.
