waited 30 mins in a line you can't get out of just for them to tell me they don't have chicken at 630pm!?!? the management team for this location are beyond incompetent. they were more worried about closing the dining room than taking care of customers.

This tacobell/kfc is a joke. I don't know how it hasn't shut down yet. Most if the time they can only do kfc or taco bell. Rarely can they serve both in the same day. Honestly it's a 50/50 shot if the place is even open. It had a sign on drive thru window closed for maintenance dated the 21st...today 23rd

Regularly unimpressed with this KFC. Worst restaurant in the region for customer service. Abysmal wait times. Drive thru regularly backed up with no orders being taken, no movement of the line for 20 minutes, no car even at pickup window. It's like they drop their headsets and leave for 20 minutes at a time. Smoke breaks maybe? Is it a management issue or an employee issue? Who knows. Maybe both. It's a regular occurrence though, and unfortunately my wife insists on having her fried chicken and it's me who has to go get it and spend over half an hour in this drive-thru every time.

Literally haven't even been able to order food from them in months. Four tries through the drive through and each time they are out of chicken. How does a chicken place never have chicken?' The last time I was told to wait 20 mins then they just said no, sorry, we aren't taking your order, our machines just went down. Most garbage restaurant I've ever dealt with. Do you know how bad you have to be for me to write a review? I literally downloaded yelp just so I could say how horrible this place is. I never leave bad reviews but damn this place is the worst.

Get out size wrong we would order a large and get a small and order drinks and not get them it's ridiculous and a joke I'll never eat there again the people that work there are always rude and rushing you to order I honestly don't know how they are still open Batesville needs to shut it down until they find people who are serious and that is willing to do their job!!!!?

Went for lunch and ordered the tenders meal was told they didn’t have any left. So I ordered a nuggets meal then a pot pie which they only had the nuggets. So ordered from the Taco Bell side of the menu and was told they don’t have Taco Bell till May 5th with! Canceled the order and left why be open if you don’t have a full menu!

The last 2 times I got chicken it was like chewing on a piece of leather will never go there again paid how much could not even eat it totally disgusting

Ordered a chicken pot pie. When I opened it up it was almost burnt, 3/4 inch of it was air and at the bottom 1/2 inch of the pie filling was dried up. Will never eat there again. Wish I would have thought to take photos.
