Dang! Even McDonald’s in our little town is losing it’s customer service! Stood in line for over 10 minutes (with our 2-year-old granddaughter). The store was not busy inside. Rude worker (manager???) informed us five minutes into us standing there waiting to be helped (only customers in line, inside) that we could use the kiosk if we didn’t want to wait. On the screen as being served were three numbers. Man - it’s fast food. We know you all get behind. We have worked in fast food for many years, before! But some of us want customer service. Don’t leave us standing and not at the very least take our order??? What the heck? Our money is not as good as those in the drive thru lane? Seriously. At least take our order - we are willing to wait without comment. As I said, it’s fast food. It gets crazy sometimes, I know! Went to Wendy’s. Very friendly and smiling cashier was more than ready to take our money. Love our Batesville Wendy’s. They will be our new “go to” when we need to go! Oh - and as we were leaving to go across the street to Wendy’s, a lady with a young child and her husband came out. She said she had the exact same issue and almost left as well - but they finally came to the counter and took her order. 🤦♀️ Fix this.
Great service and friendly workers. I always choose this McDonalds when I go because it’s convenient location and great service. The drive through gets your order together quickly and always remember napkins and condiments for your meal. The dine in service is even better! Clean bathrooms and dining area. The drink station, and condiment dispenser are always clean a full! I highly recommend this McDonalds! Also the mobile app makes things quick and easy and you can also save a little cash while you’re at it!
My 2 year old had to use the restroom so we went inside instead of the drive through. Worst mistake ever. We ordered and sat down to wait. We sat there for 20 minutes before I started to get mad. I walked up to ask where my food was and every employee sat and started at me as they walked by instead of asking me what I needed. Then an employee walked out with an order for someone who came in over 10 minutes after we did. They were order 267 ours was 263. I then asked where my food was and the manager gave me a dirty look. They brought my food out and still got it wrong. They had 30 minutes to get it right but couldn’t. They only focused on the drive through. I also observed a man standing at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for a simple refill since they decide not to have a drink fountain in their dining room. Awful service.

Retarded employees all have down syndrome can’t answer simple questions. No table tents, self kiosks don’t work.
Slowest drive thru around hands down
This place ain't what it used to be. What it used to be was the best McDonald's restaurant around, with good food, and a fun atmosphere where locals and travelers were served by a friendly staff that was always hustling to meet your needs. Now, the place is noticeably empty, you order from a kiosk, and the food magically appears from somewhere in the back of the building. It's not especially clean, and the most ancient and annoying country music imaginable is playing at an unacceptable volume. I'm guessing this is to keep the place from becoming a teenage hangout. I'm in my 60's and I don't want to hangout there either.
Little pricey for a McDonald's
No soda fountain, no available condiments, no napkins in the dining area. We used to go out of our way to bring the kids for a treat with Happy Meals but there's no point any more if I can't even get a straw for myself. I hope the pennies you guys save on not allowing any of these items make up for the dollars I won't be spending here.
Always an excellent store!
Service was friendly and prompt, and the location is clean and well kept. There is no drink dispenser here, which is frustrating for dine in. I won't lower the review score for it because the employees working to maintain the store don't deserve it, but this is something I expect to see and it wasn't here. When designing locations, this is something customers want.
Parking: Lots of readily available parking, honestly probably more than what customers could reasonably fit in the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty standard stuff for a McDonald's, though the handicapped parking is not immediately adjacent to the building/curb.

Always missing or messed up items at this location. They used to fix it if they messed up, it happened so much, I don't even waste gas and just eat it.

Big Mac ordered with extra meat and no lettuce or pickle. It came with everything on it and no extra meat and an insane amount of sauce. French fries were cold and flimsy with no salt, Chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard. Also got two Dr Peppers instead of cokes. No napkins either. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Mcdonald's. The staff was nice. But that's it.
36 minutes for food is crazy new management and it got worse

The fry was supposed to be a large but maybe a Medium at best. If the employees weren't gossiping their back line would've been swept too. Minor mistakes. Besides that the food seems fresh and definitely warm.

Stopped at drive thru. There are two lanes, one car in front of me in both lines. Took twenty three minutes to get my food.
