Retarded employees all have down syndrome can’t answer simple questions. No table tents, self kiosks don’t work.
Slowest drive thru around hands down
This place ain't what it used to be. What it used to be was the best McDonald's restaurant around, with good food, and a fun atmosphere where locals and travelers were served by a friendly staff that was always hustling to meet your needs. Now, the place is noticeably empty, you order from a kiosk, and the food magically appears from somewhere in the back of the building. It's not especially clean, and the most ancient and annoying country music imaginable is playing at an unacceptable volume. I'm guessing this is to keep the place from becoming a teenage hangout. I'm in my 60's and I don't want to hangout there either.
Little pricey for a McDonald's
No soda fountain, no available condiments, no napkins in the dining area. We used to go out of our way to bring the kids for a treat with Happy Meals but there's no point any more if I can't even get a straw for myself. I hope the pennies you guys save on not allowing any of these items make up for the dollars I won't be spending here.
Always an excellent store!
Service was friendly and prompt, and the location is clean and well kept. There is no drink dispenser here, which is frustrating for dine in. I won't lower the review score for it because the employees working to maintain the store don't deserve it, but this is something I expect to see and it wasn't here. When designing locations, this is something customers want.
Parking: Lots of readily available parking, honestly probably more than what customers could reasonably fit in the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty standard stuff for a McDonald's, though the handicapped parking is not immediately adjacent to the building/curb.

Always missing or messed up items at this location. They used to fix it if they messed up, it happened so much, I don't even waste gas and just eat it.

Big Mac ordered with extra meat and no lettuce or pickle. It came with everything on it and no extra meat and an insane amount of sauce. French fries were cold and flimsy with no salt, Chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard. Also got two Dr Peppers instead of cokes. No napkins either. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Mcdonald's. The staff was nice. But that's it.

The fry was supposed to be a large but maybe a Medium at best. If the employees weren't gossiping their back line would've been swept too. Minor mistakes. Besides that the food seems fresh and definitely warm.

Stopped at drive thru. There are two lanes, one car in front of me in both lines. Took twenty three minutes to get my food.

We came through the drive through 10 minutes before close and proceeded to sit there the entire 10 minutes while we were completely ignored. We even spoke with an employee outside, who proceeded to totally ignore us. The service and attitude of the employees here is absolutely apalling.

Store closes at 11 o'clock and drive through set and drive through for 10 minutes. While people inside ignore does because they didn't want to make an order 10 minutes still closing.
Ask the worker outside who promptly ignored us afterward you are.

I ordered nuggets and Mcdouble. I understand the wait, because it was busy, but the sandwich was incorrect, and the manager on duty just took my sandwich and added a patty to and said that's what they left off, poor customer service. I asked for a fresh sandwich he snatched it and remade it but it was poorly made, I already felt out of place because I was the only black person in the restaurant. I pass through often because I drive a box a box truck. To the team in thus establishment work on customer service. I know I'm only one customer, but customers pay the bills.
