Waited in drive thru line from 8:52pm until 9:25pm. Since I wasn’t greeted for over 30 mins, I pulled to the window. They didn’t open it, just said they’re closed. They closed at 9. I called to suggest they wait on customers who arrive before close or to at least come on the drive thru speaker to tell customers that they are closed and to not waste their time waiting in line. To which the girl said we closed at 9. She was very rude. The experience itself was ridiculous. So I replied accordingly. New generation should learn a bit about customer service. This is why I normally don’t come here sober.

I really wish the dining room would open. It was pouring rain when I was in the drive thru and there's no cover so I was soaked after ordering my food. Put a roof over the drive thru menu for goodness sake!

Love this store! Super frienfly staff. I so miss going in to dine. The atmosphere is unique. The drive from Columbus Indiana was worth it.

Love this place. The manager heard me order chicken straps then heard me tell my friend I should have ordered a Frisco and the manager cooked me one and gave it to me free of charge to try for my first time. Loved it!! Thank you

One of my favorite places to eat, but the last two times that I have gone the have been out of spaghetti noodles. Said it was too late to make more. How is 7pm too late to make a sale? With things picking back up I would think restaurants especially would be going out of their way for customer service.

Dining room closed. Not sure why it's so hard to get dine in restaurants in Indiana. Wouldn't bother with review but the Handicapped parking here is in a really odd place, much farther from door than regular parking. I don't use handicapped but information might be useful for those that do

Try to order here and their grills are not working so they have no burgers. A burger joint that sells no burgers. Why would you even be open until repairs are done. that's reason why this company is going out of business. I won't be wasting my time with visiting a steak'n shake again

Cold fries. Long wait, like 12 min long and no one around like they were just in there texting on their phones or something. I'm not ever going back. Cold fries is a pet peeves of mine. If I'm gonna go eat some unhealthy food, it needs to taste good, cuz that's what unhealthy food is all about. Terrible service terrible food.
