Worst Subway and sub sandwich that I've ever had. Limited choices. Rude and rushed thru the process with no one behind me.
Our experience started out great, staff was friendly and kind, making jokes and apologizing for the long wait. The older guy who was making our order was over the top with jokes and stories, and when my mom went to joke back with him, he got extremely rude and pointed at my mom saying “you’re being really hateful for no reason, I’ve done everything I can to be nice and make your food and you’re being hateful, go ahead and call whoever you want to I don’t care !” And then proceeded to refuse to make the rest of her order. He shoved the protein bowl at the younger employee and said “he can make it”. This happened in front of other customers and left us feeling very confused and uncomfortable. We almost left the store without our order because of his tone and accusations. The younger employee was very kind and courteous.

Chase and Cameron are amazing employees. They put a smile on my face when I really needed it. One of a kind customer service! Just absolutely lovely people and food was great!

This location has gone way downhill. Everytime we order any order on the app they ALWAYS get it wrong. The sandwiches are always just thrown together and messy and wrong. The people that work in there anymore are just subpar. They are so rude and not friendly at all. Not worth the money. Just go to juniors down the road.

I totally understand mistakes happen we’re all human, however the manager Amy turned a mistake into a situation where I won’t be going back to the Batesville location. I placed an online order went to pick it up and noticed the causes that were supposed to be on the side weren’t in the bag and when I said something she had a snippy attitude and said “you’ll just have to wait” which I obviously planned on since there were other customers in line. Then I got home about 35-45 minutes later and when I got my sandwich it not only didn’t have the extra veggies I asked for it was the wrong bread and so was the other sandwich. I then called the restaurant, explained who I was which Amy responded with a horrible attitude saying she was the manager and also the one who made the sandwiches and when I told her what was wrong she asked me if I counted the black olives on my sandwich, saying that 7 pieces of olives is the normal amount and 14 pieces is the extra/more amount then processed to tell me that due to product costs she would not allow her store to get more than that many olive pieces. I’ve gone to a LOT of Subways in my life and never had this problem. And if that is a new rule that’s fine but I didn’t need her attitude or power trip in the process.

It's stupid to pay for food on a togo and they don't give you half your order and won't refund either. Lady behind the counter was rude as hell and clearly should never work with the public.

Watched the woman go to the back of the store came out with more bread, then started touching the register and then got my sandwich out of the toaster. I politely asked her if she could change her gloves before touching my sandwich and she gave me attitude. That was disgusting

I stopped in this Subway on my way through Indiana. A gentleman and a lady were working. The gentleman sliced his hand or finger while cutting some bread. He promptly went into the back and started yelling and swearing. He then told his coworker he was done and left her alone. Look, I know that stuff hurts. I've messed myself up many times. But he still overreacted in my view. I didn't see blood everywhere so I don't know that the cut was super bad. Either way, his swearing and yelling made several of the customers uncomfortable and then when he left his coworker she looked panicked and stressed. She was super sweet and helpful, though, to me and everyone else that was in line.Food was good. Place was clean. Everything other than what I explained in this review was great.Totally wild!

I don't always choose subway. I think the bread to meat ratio is lacking. I recently went to subway in Batesville and was really impressed by the service. Brogan was fantastic! Made my sandwich exactly how I requested and didn't skimp on the olives. Thanks Brogan for your fast and friendly service! I'll definitely be back!

Incredibly rude and gross store. Went in with about 6 of us around lunch time. Right as we walked in 2 of the women that worked there gave each other a look that was very blatant that showed they did NOT want us there. Was throwing things around and even the manager showed that we were not wanted there to buy subs AT THEIR JOB THAT THEY MAKE SUBS FOR PEOPLE AT. Not to mention there was a roach on the floor crawling around. Gross

Staff is super friendly and funny, very clean store, you literally can’t complain about the subs because you’re the one choosing the ingredients. Highly recommend
