The appearance of the food was very nice. The taste on the other hand we did not like. Very clean very nice restaurant service was nice. The table wobbly when trying to eat had to keep foot on the leg of table.

We worked with Greg for catering our wedding. We used Tacos 2 Go and one other catering truck for ~120 people.
I will say this is a growing small business with a few small growing pains. We had originally wanted him to actually bring the truck, but this was going to be an issue due to staffing as the day drew nearer (he told us a few weeks before). We also never received a formal contract, which made me nervous. Greg was excellent though and he really delivered for us. He gave us a very fair price, I felt, as well
Our wedding ended up being somewhat rainy and he was flexible with where to have the buffet and such for the food. The food was great and everyone really loved the guacamole.
Greg goes above and beyond. He works so hard and the food is really very good, especially considering the location. I would recommend the restaurant, as well as for catering for your event!

My girlfriend just happened to find this place on Google when we were having a “what do you want to eat??” Debate, every couples struggle! I ordered my food to-go and it was made hot & fresh within 10 minutes. I order the birria tacos with the juice they give you to dip it in for myself & another order for my girlfriend. We also got an order of Mexican street corn, queso & chips, and the fried cheesecake. It was all so delicious! The only thing I can rack my brain to think of for constructive criticism is that the Mexican street corn is a little different from other authentic Mexican restaurants. It wasn’t on the cob it came in a big styrofoam cup, pretty hefty portion. But it tasted a little like canned corn rather than grilled on the cob and cut off. They put what I think tasted like a dollop of mayo on the top with that red seasoning/spices that you would find on grilled Mexican street corn. So it was a little odd tasting but I’m not going to lie, I still at every bit of it! I was so stuffed I could barely move afterwards! The man that greeted me & took my order at the register was very very friendly & helpful! &&& the prices are great! I definitely recommend trying this place out because it a gem! The only thing that I could think of to top it all off would be if they served alcohol & had maybe a margarita bar. Now that’d be cool!

This was my favorite restaurant in town, and the birria torta was my favorite dish. I have brought more than a few family and friends here to try the tortas, and every single one of them loved it! However, today my birria torta lacked flavor and the meat was drier, not as tender, and not as flavorful. It also had more refried beans than the birria filling. It was unexciting to eat. I shared my feelings with the server who expressed doubt this sandwich was any different and did not offer any resolution or commitment that I would enjoy my sandwich again. I hate to be writing this because this family is a treasure to our town, offering authentic dishes from Mexico (I have visited Mexico City, Puebla, Oaxaca, and surrounding areas). I want to see them succeed and keep their business open!
