Today started off horribly with the starter going out in my car, so I certainly did not expect the quick meal we stopped by to grab while waiting for the shop to get one in to rock my world. But it DID! This was the best Mexican food experience I’ve ever had and NO, I was influenced by a margarita ?! The server was attentive even though he seemed to be by himself (it was around 2:30 on a Monday, a pretty dead time in the industry) and event though he had several tables, we never went without! I got the lunch combo of create your own and got two taco (ground beef supreme) and it comes with rice and beans for $9.99. My plate was the first picture shown. After the hot, fresh chips with salsa and cheese sauce, I was only able to eat one taco! So I have a whole other meal! My daughter got the cheese quesadilla meal with rice and beans. Josh got the special, Burrito Loco for $8.50. Our family got flan to share as a dessert. We all got cokes because they have that crisp, spicy Coke that McDonald’s used to have. All of this was about $46 with plenty of leftovers. The place was so clean and the server just absolutely lovely in every way. I see why this business is always the place to go!
