Today started off horribly with the starter going out in my car, so I certainly did not expect the quick meal we stopped by to grab while waiting for the shop to get one in to rock my world. We were visiting from Florida. The food was fresh and well-seasoned for American palates. The tamale was too heavily breaded, but the chicken flautist were great.

Kind of a low key place. Simple, good food, good service, decent prices. We were seated right away but it was during a slow period so there weren't many people there. Our food came shortly after ordering without a long wait. I had the Carnitas Acapulco which was really good.
