My main complaint is lack of signage on your building stating that your lobby isn’t open. Today I waited in the drive thru line forever and I thought what the heck I will just go in. So I parked obviously getting out of line. Just to try to open the door and it was locked with no visible signage stating the lobby was closed. So then I had to get back in the back of the line. I was just in line at the Bedford IN Arby’s. Before I got to order they turned all the outside lights out. I asked if they were open. They said they closed at 7 for a holiday party. It was 7:01. It is Jan. 31st which is NOT a holiday. The Mitchell Arby’s evidently were not having a “holiday” party as they were open & had no idea Bedford was closed.
