Simple fast food. Food was hot. Service was slow. Especially for breakfast. Order was correct. Menu is limited.

Drive thru said they do not accept or honor any deals, then took nearly 20 minutes to make 3 roast beef sandwiches. Refusing to honor national deals is bad enough, but demanding menu price while offering disappointing service is embarrassing. Won’t be back.

My mozzarella sticks were cold and stiff did not seemed cooked all the way. Gave me a Curly fry instead of a crinkle fry which is understandable so I waited in the drive through which the line was very long and the guy was completely rude to me when I told them I wanted crinkle instead of curly. I also waited at the drive through speaker for over 5 minutes which added onto how I had to sit through the drive through twice. Terrible service. Rude people work here and also said something about the sauce I got and said I don’t know how you eat that. I don’t feel it’s appropriate to comment on someone’s eating. I usually like their food but not this time around. 😡😡

BLUF — buyers beware: do not use the app to order from this restaurant, because you won’t know if everything that you ordered is available until AFTER you’ve given them your money and arrived at the restaurant to pick up your order. Worse, they won’t refund your money nor will they substitute a like item.
This so called “fast food restaurant” is quite possibly the worst place restaurant in the Bedford area. The main reason why my family and I decided to order from there was because they have an app that allows you to order and pay ahead of time, so all one has to do is go inside and “skip the line” to pick up your order. The first issue they have with this option is that the menu is never updated with what items are available and which ones are “sold out” or unavailable. To add to this problem, when a customer orders an item(s) that isn’t available the restaurant doesn’t inform them of such. Further, when this occurs the restaurant staff doesn’t refund the money spent on said items, nor do they substitute a like item in its place. So, bottom line, this restaurant is stealing from the customers. This exact situation has happened to me on multiple occasions. For instance, on one occasion I ordered three cherry turnovers for my wife, son, and myself and when I arrived and picked up the order, the turnovers were not in the bag. Upon inquiring about the missing turnovers the staff told me they weren’t available, so I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t refund me for the unavailable items. So then I asked them to substitute the cherry turnovers with apple, to which they responded they could not do that either. So in that particular case they essentially stole my money. On another occasion, the very same issues occurred, but this time instead of turnovers it was the Reese’s cookies option that is on their menu. The first time this happened to me, I simply chalked it up to poor customer service and terrible staffing issues. However, when the exact same experience occurred approximately one month later, I could no longer believe that it was a “one-time phenomenon” and I’m positive that it has happened to others.
Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking is directly adjacent to the entrance, however if the drive through line is long, then the handicap parking spots are inaccessible. Further, if a handicap customer is ready to leave and the drive through line is long, then they must wait until the line shortens.

I just want to say how unimpressed I was with the drive thru girl tonight. Clearly eating out is expensive already, so if you forget the item I will come back. But for you to roll your eyes because I was missing an item that you all forgot is not professional.

The handle on the main door was hanging, causing the door to be propped open, so the restaurant was full of flies. At the counter I seemed to be ignored, and while waiting heard the person that was working the drive thru window cursing. The entire place was unsanitary. The drink station was leaking liquid around the sides into my cup when I pushed the button to fill my cup. I did not eat my meal for fear I would get sick. I will never eat there again.

Usually no problems. Make sure and check your food from the drive-thru before you leave though.
