I like Bob Evans. But the management needs to address this air vents filled with dust that already accumulated and has gotten sticky and moldy. Especially that families and older population come here to dine...it's not healthy for the body especially for the respiratory system. People can get sick. its in the entire roofing inside, if you look at the acoustic, some of it are stained maybe of some leak from the roof outside. but the air vents are really needing some maintenance. i believe the profit from loyal customers on a daily basis is more than enough to ensure that as they eat there, they are also safe in inhaling the air from the a/c.
Took 38 mins to get eggs and toast for my 6 year old daughter, ham,egg and cheese sandwich and home fries for myself. Everyone else was getting their before mine. I spoke to manager and he was not friendly at all. Had a attitude of oh well sorry about it lol. He did take 4 dollars off but wouldn't even say sorry. Just acted like it was a incontinence. My food was cold and my daughter's food was cold. She told me mommy this is the worst nastiest place ever and never bring me back. Thats sad coming from a 6 year old and I never even complained about food in front of her. Another customer had he meal messed up sun and they replaced it today. She said she wouldn't be back. Might think about taking your family where you can get served and yummy food. This is not one I recommend.

The food is good and usually fresh! It's always packed though and sometimes you'll have to wait to be seated. I would recommend just going to Apron Strings if you want an actually good homecooked meal.
