I like Bob Evans. But the management needs to address this air vents filled with dust that already accumulated and has gotten sticky and moldy. Especially that families and older population come here to dine...it's not healthy for the body especially for the respiratory system. People can get sick. its in the entire roofing inside, if you look at the acoustic, some of it are stained maybe of some leak from the roof outside. but the air vents are really needing some maintenance. i believe the profit from loyal customers on a daily basis is more than enough to ensure that as they eat there, they are also safe in inhaling the air from the a/c.

Took 38 mins to get eggs and toast for my 6 year old daughter, ham,egg and cheese sandwich and home fries for myself. Everyone else was getting their before mine. I spoke to manager and he was not friendly at all. Had a attitude of oh well sorry about it lol. He did take 4 dollars off but wouldn't even say sorry. Just acted like it was a incontinence. My food was cold and my daughter's food was cold. She told me mommy this is the worst nastiest place ever and never bring me back. Thats sad coming from a 6 year old and I never even complained about food in front of her. Another customer had he meal messed up sun and they replaced it today. She said she wouldn't be back. Might think about taking your family where you can get served and yummy food. This is not one I recommend.

Good was good. Service was fine. I have the everything bowl and husband had chicken salad sandwich. Not as bad as the reviews said. Restaurant was clean. I would go back again.
Went to have breakfast at the Bedford location. After being seated, it took the waitress about 10 minutes to take our drink order. When she brought our drinks she proceeded to take our order for breakfast. They were not to busy at that time so I figured that it wouldn't be long to get our food. We had been waiting for about 20 minutes when another couple arrived and was seated behind us. They placed their order and the waitress let us know that our food was on the way out. We waited at least another 15 minutes when the waiter came out with the others couples order. At no time did our waitress come to check on our drinks or to give an explanation on what the hold up was with our order. It was then that we decided to leave and go elsewhere for breakfast. We won't be going back to that location ever again. If I had read all the negative reviews beforehand we would not have gone there at all. Corporate really needs to do something about the poor service at this restaurant.

Waited over 45 minutes for our food and it was just ok. Everyone there was having the same experience. Food was just ok, waitresses were good though. Bob Evans as a whole just isnt what it used to be, feels dirty now days.

Went here with the family after we realized Golden Corral was closed, and decided to detour to bob evans which we heard was pretty good, had heard pretty decent reviews but after getting there it was disappointing first we get sat and start to notice ants and get moved to the other side of the restaurant and once again there are ants we get moved one last time and wow! More ants! We decide to deal and stay at the 3rd table, server was friendly but seemed like she knew there were issues we all place our orders and 6/7 get brought out after 40 minutes of waiting, to which the server comes back out and lets us know the Chef forgot to make the last order!! Hmm…you forgot a whole order??? One of the meals had sunny side up eggs which came out over cooked and forgotten the sausage and bacon. The server put in another order wrong and came out with js chicken even though it was supposed to be beef tips and chicken! French toast order was mostly correct but on this one eggs were under done…the only thing they got right were the stackers and burger..when we mentioned all the mistakes to the server she responded its been a busy night…there was only one other table other than us…js disappointing and suprising

Went for breakfast and ordered 2 steamed eggs (like poached) on sourdough toast with hash browns and a piece of sausage. Our server was great, but the manager was cooking and he needs to be taught how to cook. After 40 minutes mine and my friend's breakfast came out, and I had 2 steamed eggs on biscuits, a blackened piece of sausage and no hash browns. I had to send it back. Our server took it back to the kitchen and then after 10 minutes came back with the right combo of food. My sourdough toast was barely toasted and was tough to cut and chewy, my sausage patty was blackened and very chewy and void of flavor; it was like eating a piece of black pudding one would get in the UK. The hash browns were too cooked as they were crunchy and hard. I don't know why the manager was doing most of the cooking as there a cook there, and while they were steady/ busy, the place wasn't packed or slammed. The two stars for service had to do with the kitchen as our server was great. The two stars for atmosphere was for appearance. Whomever picked that color of blue for the walls has no experience with color or basic decorating. I haven't eaten here since 2018, and I doubt I'll ever go back. One final word, this is part of a chain, but in Indiana why use Heinz ketchup? You should be using Red Gold ketchup which is made in Madison County in Indiana!
