First and foremost, I am mot complaining about this store. The lady that helped finish the order did a fantastic job. TRACY is a top notch employee. What I have to say is the Burger King business model is lacking on any form of customer service, and when a problem comes up like today, its hard to yell for help with the new building style. You will not survive with no customer service. And if a customer is wanting to pay cash, impossible!!!! The kiosk orders make that virtually impossible without help.

From order start to order recieved it took over an hour. While waiting all I heard was bitching and complaining. The front of store was filling up and still no orders coming out. That manager needs to be taught how to do her job. She is very incompetent in this position. There was no apology for making people wait as long as we did. The only person that was considerate was the young man that came in at 6 pm. He came to the front and apologized to each person as he hand orders. This took place on December 4, 2025. I placed my order around 5:30 PM and didn't receive order till after 6:30 PM. I WILL NOT RETURN THIS STORE. To make customers wait like they did is ridiculous and employees should not be going out back for smoke breaks while customers are inside and drive thru waiting for God knows how long to recieve their food.

Awful. Was in a rush Friday morning but stopped for breakfast. Ordered one sandwich and an iced coffee. Ordered at 7:35am. By the time I got my food at 8:02, I had watched at least 10 cars go through the drive thru and even some in the building. No apology for the wait either. If you value your time just go somewhere else.

Went to Burger King in Bedford Indiana got $100 worth of food and seven drinks and the drink carrier split in half and spilled all over the front seat of my truck. I was towed by the lady at the drive-through they’re not allowed to double them so whatever mess it makes because they can’t afford to pay for a drink carrier then you’re stuck with it. I give it a half star.

The employees and especially the managers were very pleasant n I love their energy. The food was warm n fresh. The restaurant looks great since the remodel.
I would’ve given 0 stars if possible. The bread on my burger was stale and hard. When I called to complain, the manager first tried to tell me that wasn’t possible. I assured him that I wouldn’t have called otherwise. He then told me I could drive it over there and he would fix it. I ordered through DoorDash, which I explained when I first identified myself over the phone. Why should I have to drive a partially eaten burger over there to fix it? That’s why I ordered for delivery in the first place! Also, the fries were cold and soggy! They need to keep them in the fryer a few more minutes!
