Went to Burger King in Bedford Indiana got $100 worth of food and seven drinks and the drink carrier split in half and spilled all over the front seat of my truck. I was towed by the lady at the drive-through they’re not allowed to double them so whatever mess it makes because they can’t afford to pay for a drink carrier then you’re stuck with it. I give it a half star.

The employees and especially the managers were very pleasant n I love their energy. The food was warm n fresh. The restaurant looks great since the remodel.

I would’ve given 0 stars if possible. The bread on my burger was stale and hard. When I called to complain, the manager first tried to tell me that wasn’t possible. I assured him that I wouldn’t have called otherwise. He then told me I could drive it over there and he would fix it. I ordered through DoorDash, which I explained when I first identified myself over the phone. Why should I have to drive a partially eaten burger over there to fix it? That’s why I ordered for delivery in the first place! Also, the fries were cold and soggy! They need to keep them in the fryer a few more minutes!

DO NOT go here. It sucks. Food is okay, atmosphere isn't bad, the service is terrible. It's very very awkward and uncomfortable. I never write reviews, but this one pushed me give a bad review. Cuz goodness me it's so bad

We love Burger King but this was the worst one we've ever been in. They only have one handicap parking space, and very limited space in other areas, but they made sure that they had about five parking spaces where the handicap should have been, for mobile app orders. We had slow service, then they messed up by not giving us our drinks. They got snappy with my husband when he went up to get the drinks. Our food was cold. Been to top everything else off, the bathroom was dirty and didn't provide seat covers when it is a unisex bathroom. There was urine all over the toilet seat and the floor. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that we both ended up with explosive diarrhea afterwards. We won't be going back to this one.

Didn't get my spicy chicken 3 weeks ago called in talked to manager said he would take care of it went back the next week was told the manager I talked to didn't write it down he would talk to him and get back with me never heard anything called again on 12/8 said she would talk to the gm and either he or she would call me back still haven't heard from anyone so not very happy at all

The employee at the drive-thru pick-up window was almost hateful. Actually used a scolding tone of voice because I didn't take my food and drinks as fast as she wanted me to. I didn't order any drinks to start with. She told me to take them anyway. She didn't care if I ordered them or not.
My chicken club sandwich was horrible. Tasted like the mayo had been left out and spoiled. Afraid to eat it. It wasn't worth it for me to go back and ask for another one. That lady was having a bad day already. 😕
Every single time I order from this location around 2am, which is when I take my lunch break because I work third shift, they mess up my order. I ordered half onion rings and half fries and I received one onion ring and the rest were French fries. Not to mention they were FREEZING in temperature. The last time I placed an order here around the same time I didn’t receive the tomatoes I was supposed to get on my sandwich. I paid for EXTRA TOMATOES which means I paid ¢45 extra. Which is ridiculous but I love tomatoes. The fact that this happens regularly is just so annoying and I’m so over it. Also the employees were yelling so loudly I could hear them inside through the drive thru window while I sat outside in my car. Which typically doesn’t bother me but that’s just so unprofessional on top of everything else I’ve dealt with.

Use to be a good place but every time they remodel the food gets smaller but the price gets bigger. Don't really go there much now. But on the plus side the workers are pretty great never had bad service.
I usually LOVE Burger King. One of my favorite places to heat. However this experience today I am very upset with this one. I found a paper tag in my sandwich when I took a bit. I will attach a photo. This is unacceptable.
