Love Captain D's! My favorite for some quick seafood. Best dish in my opinion is the sampler platters! It has a nice selection of food, for a pretty good deal.

I know going in I will sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes and I am okay with that since the food is awesome. However, if the restaurant forgets my food I don't except them to ask me if I still want it. Yes I still want it. Shrimp and hush puppies were an extra 15 minutes. The worker kept complaining about only 3 people working. I'm sorry you hired people who are unreliable. I'll still go just lower my expectations.

My husband and I have had the 2piece fish and fries a few times and it was very good each time, everything hot, fresh. Definitely made to order, guy cooking once and dark headed girl another time. Good counter service too, kudos to all!!

I ordered take out - a two piece fish meal. After getting home and taking a bite I discovered my fish was raw. After returning to get it remade there was very little apology or offer to compensate in any way. I won't be back which sucks because it used to be a staple.

I had an amazing experience at Captain D’s in Bedford! I ordered the Deluxe Seafood Platter, and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was crispy and perfectly cooked, the shrimp were flavorful, and the sides were fresh and tasty. Everything was hot and made just right—definitely a seafood lover’s dream!
What really made my visit stand out was the fantastic customer service. The lady at the register was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made my visit even better.
If you’re in Bedford and craving great seafood with top-notch service, I highly recommend stopping by Captain D’s. I’ll definitely be back!

The last time I stopped for takeout, the person taking the order could not understand that I wanted two orders of shrimp! I just left. Today, I ordered two giant fish sandwiches. There was very little dressing on the sandwiches and the buns couldn't get any drier. This is my last trip here.
