Captain D's needs to hire people that know the difference between Hot and Cold food!!!! If you DON'T know find another line of work!

Fish, Fries & Hush Puppies were served HOT and delicious. The pieces of fish were large. Unlike the Captain D's in Seymour which still insist on serving the tiny little non tasting fish that they went to during Covid. So sad that I have to drive from Seymour to either Bedford or Columbus when I'm craving Captain D's. Kudos to the Bedford Captain D's employees and it's owner for not cutting corners on little nasty tasting fish like the Seymour Captain D's. Here's to you Bedford Captain D's !!! 👍👍💪💪 You guys rock !!!!!

Just clean the store and put some money into the building. Food is good, but having flies and dirty tables isnt ok. I shouldn't have to clean my own table. Do better!

I know going in I will sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes and I am okay with that since the food is awesome. However, if the restaurant forgets my food I don't except them to ask me if I still want it. Yes I still want it. Shrimp and hush puppies were an extra 15 minutes. The worker kept complaining about only 3 people working. I'm sorry you hired people who are unreliable. I'll still go just lower my expectations.

My husband and I have had the 2piece fish and fries a few times and it was very good each time, everything hot, fresh. Definitely made to order, guy cooking once and dark headed girl another time. Good counter service too, kudos to all!!

I ordered take out - a two piece fish meal. After getting home and taking a bite I discovered my fish was raw. After returning to get it remade there was very little apology or offer to compensate in any way. I won't be back which sucks because it used to be a staple.
